The sales person was not doing their job. She had showed me a Kia soul and did not tell me that the Kia soul was damaged. I test drive it. It drove really good. She said that it needed to go into the shop. I contact her the next day and she had told me that it would just be a couple of hours than later on. They had told me that it would take a couple of days for the Kia. That was the car that I want but I did not get that car. I was unsatisfied and very frustrated. Then they started showing me other vehicles and they had showed me a Jeep Cherokee. I test drive it And the Jeep was OK. I just needed a vehicle because I had to drive back-and-forth out of town for my job I needed a dependable car. I spoke to the manager Allen and he had told me that he would try his best to get me in another car which he did. He got me in the Jeep with zero down on my payments are very affordable, but the sales person was very rude. She had me wait for a whole hour and a half until we started doing the paperwork. Then when I was doing the paperwork signing the paperwork she had left and I had to get Alan, which was the general manager to finish up the paperwork for me that is very Disappointed that the sales people could not even do their job.

The Approved form was a lie
The form said online that I was approved. After spending two hours of my time just sitting and waiting at the dealership, they said that they don't finance gig workers. I told them that on my application! They could have let me know the answer before wasting my time at the Live Oak, TX dealership.

Really not even a star
Really not even a star, I wanted to purchase a car at the live oak dealer ship, they said that I had a fake check stub back in 2018, today they still want a 2018 check stub from Amazon delivery driver at the time..that contractor doesn't even work their anymore so since I can't produce a check stub that far back she told me we can't do business with you..lol but soon as I hang up Toyota right up the street called me and blessed me with a 2024 brand new Camry..so thank you drivetime for not doing business with me...
