Mixed feelings...
Great customer service across the board from beginning to end. However the car I was sold has a horrible smell that can't be pinpointed to a specific location and even after a deep cleaning and detailing service the smell still is lingering. The air cabin filter was also completely clogged with dirt and dust and was not changed. Vehicle looks well/clean but the smell is off putting making the purchase unsatisfactory.

Hi I purchased a car on yesterday I feel like the service was horrible but the representative was awesome the car has to go to the shop as soon as I purchase it because of the terrible Sound of the brakes in the back then the tire pressure light is on. The car wasn’t clean. I feel like as much money I was charged I shouldn’t have to go through these things.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to write a review. I am torn to hear that you encountered mechanical concerns after purchase and if you were dissatisfied with the condition of your vehicle.
Please know that we inspect each of our vehicles in an effort to avoid situations such as these. However, due to the nature of pre-owned vehicles, we are unable to predict when vehicle concerns arise after the time of sale. For this reason, each vehicle includes an initial 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty, in addition to an optional Vehicle Service Contract that we offer at the time of sale for purchase.
We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers time to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, the vehicle can be returned within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays).
That said, I want to apologize again for any inconvenience this situation has caused. We will be providing feedback to our team to ensure our vehicles are presentable for our customers upon purchase. I found that all personnel where courteous and well-informed. Tyler was my sales rep. He was very thorough and explaining all the paperwork and made certain that the vehicle is ready for me when I arrived. We went over all documents thoroughly. I found the experience very rewarding.
