The Customer Service was Good
The Customer Service was Good, I just could not understand if I go to the website and apply and it states that I'm a valued customer and I don't have to put any money down but when I get to the dealership they tell me I have to put down 1,000? And then it states that my car note will be 379.00 a month but when all is done my car note is almost 500.00 a month. So the advertising is false. I was very unpleased with that . My first car I brought with Drive Time was more economical.

I like drive time they really help me find a car that I wanted. They stuck with me until I had everything I needed. When one document didn't go through with a cosigner I had to get another cosigner and I drove away with my car that day.

Ms Rakeshia Bynum went above and beyond to ensure my experience was more than great. My car was ready on time and looks immaculate, Rakeshia was super friendly to me and my wife and child, she was more than happy to assist me in returning my rental car, and overall she was an amazing person to work with when purchasing my new car. Thank you so much for making this happen for me and my family.
