From the time I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. I knew who I wanted to speak with and he was there on the spot! William @ Stone Mountain was the BEST! He was very welcoming, professional and helped me throughout my purchase! He answered any and all of my questions on top of us having conversations about life. His coworkers also greeted me on the spot even though I did my process with him! The whole environment was good and I appreciate the whole process and recommend anyone near or not that far to visit that branch in Stone Mountain! I was able to do my application from home & get nice vehicle that had everything that I asked for . Isidro Martinez was very helpful, nice and patient. He had the car ready & reserved for me when I got there .I took it for a test drive signed the rest of the documents & was on my way with my new vehicle. I will definitely refer my friends & family!

It’s super easy to get a car from drive time and over the years I have had some really good experience with them my only concern is some of their policies are a little odd to me it’s kind of hard to trade a car back to them even if they tell you that you’re outstanding customer and is eligible for a upgrade but when you go to the dealership it’s a little different than what they tell you online

Worst place to go. They tell you all you need is $500 down on the cars. Then when you get there they tell you that you need 50% Down to get a car. Then they tell us that they don't answer the phones some one in a different State answers the phones when you call. Get your Business correct instead of wasting peoples time and money.

Loved the lady's working that day were very nice and professional. Got me in out and driving less than a hour. I will recommend drive time to people I know.
