Dominique was the absolute best
Dominique was the absolute best. She was very informative and made the process very easy. Her bubbly personality makes this a very joyous experience and I would recommend her 1000 times over.

My experience with DriveTime was misleading
My experience with DriveTime was disappointing and felt misleading. Before I went to the dealership, I explained twice that I did not have money available for a down payment. I was still told that I was approved, so I went in expecting that the financing had already taken that information into consideration.
After I arrived, I test drove a vehicle and had my credit run. Only then was I told I would need a $5,000 down payment on a vehicle priced at $14,995. I was also told that even with a co-signer, I would still need $3,500 down.
If I had been told this upfront after clearly stating that I had no down payment, I would not have made the trip or gone through the test drive and credit inquiry. Being told I was “approved” gave me a completely different impression of what to expect. Overall, the experience felt misleading and was a waste of my time.

Brought a 2016 Mazda 6 touring
Brought a 2016 Mazda 6 touring. Have the car for 2 years, every month it’s something I’m fixing, due to problems that appeared after I left the dealership like my seat screeching when I slide it up. Door handle came off when I opened my door a month later. Replaced catalytic converter both of them while having car for a month now it’s another problem. Had to get an engine leak fixed, valve cover replaced, spark plugs, battery, a lot of other stuff every month and problems are STILL PERSISTING. I Had to get a lot of work done while still paying a note. Their apr rate is extremely high, I have a 6 year car loan on a $18k car financed at 27k $609 payment and only about 10% of my car is paid off. Screen cracked due to a Mazda issue that can’t be fixed now, due to that maintainece issue not under contract. Warranty holds nothing that I had to fix. I’m drained.!

Stay away!!!!!
Sold me a car that broke with in a year and I’m stuck with it !!! They are a bunch of scammers …. I am screwed out of getting a new car or any car in general . I am so stupid to believe them ! I am disgusted how they do business … A certified car dealership told me that they are a bunch of scammers they don’t inspect the cars they are from an auto auction… and as long as they run they sell them . I am pregnant and now screwed out of getting a car … thanks for ruining everything !

Drivetime was a terrible experience…
Drivetime was a terrible experience after 3 days of buying the car it was going bad on me cutting on off and when I tried to swap the car they ended up taking the car back from me saying they wasn’t supposed to sell me a car nd took $700 of my down payments they are a big scam I don’t recommend anyone to go to drivetime I hate drivetime and will never ever try buying with them again they don’t deserve any stars
