“I came in this morning a little nervous, but DriveTime made the whole process smooth. The team was welcoming and really worked with me to find something that fit my situation. They explained things clearly, didn’t pressure me, and made sure I felt comfortable. They were very friendly and the process from arrival to leaving with a new car was just over 1 hour. Easiest time I have ever had getting a new car.

THEY DON'T HAGGLE
We went there hoping to make a good deal and they told us they don't Haggle. They were very Rude and nasty and would not work with us at all. Every other car dealership in America Haggles, why don't they?

Only thing I didn’t like about Drive time is that they don’t courtesy wash the cars or clean them once purchased, they just expect you to take the car as is. I’ve never experienced that at any car dealership before. I wish they would change that, it really helps and make people feel like they’re important to the dealership.
