From the moment I contacted drive time my vehicle buying experience has been so super easy and actually refreshing. From the salesman in Macon to the salesman in Tampa. They found me the truck I need and made sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I only disagree with one thing. Matt Lee in Tampa took great care and consideration for me and my family. Awesome guy! The new general manager or owner Serg needs to take lessons from his own employees. Fill the vehicles with gas. Don’t leave them almost empty. That’s my only complaint!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE, SEE JIM WEST, BRANDON DRIVETIME!!!
If you are looking to buy a vehicle with a reputable dealership and exceptional salesman, Brandon Drivetime, is the place to go.
I’ve bought all my vehicles from the “known “ dealerships but only once did I fine anyone who considered my best interest and acknowledged what I wanted except Jim West at Brandon Drivetime. To him I wasn’t just another customer. He listened to me allowing me to test drive several vehicles before making my choice, 2017 Lincoln Premier MKC.
There was no hidden agenda— he opened the hood (going over everything); trunk (even explaining the automatic closure); tire check; interior (covering all the automatic features). Even after his thorough interior/exterior review, again, he inquired if there were any questions/concerns.
Once the inspection was over, we went inside the dealership, where he had CARFAX reviews of each vehicle I tested in order to ascertain the Lincoln was what I wanted to purchase.
He explained their 3/5 years coverage of vehicle above and beyond their normal 30 days coverage. This is in addition to my personal insurance.
Jim West is the essence of the true ethical, professional Sales Agent who takes pride in his work.
I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge Travis, Sales Manager, who ensured the quality of the service received at Brandon Drivetime.
Thank you so very much for making my visit one I’ll never forget — beneficial to each of us. God bless each of you in your future endeavors 🙏🏽💜

Linny and Matt went above and beyond to get me in the exact Infiniti that I have been searching for. The down payment was initially $1900 and after a week Linny called to say that I only had to pay $345. I bought the car the next day and I couldn't be happier.
