I emailed Drive the Deal on a Wednesday regarding a special offer for a car at an exceptional price which to be honest sounded too good to be true. They contacted me the following morning and I was put in touch with the official dealer straight away. I purchased the car and was driving it on the Saturday. Excellent service.

All very straightforward. I have bought a total of four cars through them. No trade- in from me needed in each case, so that made it easier. Very good discount. Funny really, we wanted a Skoda Kodiaq PHEV, and because we are a bit sceptical about batteries we decided to buy new. Our local Skoda dealer just expected us to pay the book price; no money off at all. Well, that's their loss. They must think we're stupid! With Drive the Deal I got about £4k off. Car came from Yorkshire but delivery was fine, and dealing with the dealership remotely was no issue at all in these days of email. What's not to like, as a consumer?

Can't fault the service. I wanted to change the spec on my new car slightly and they were on the case. Dealer contacted me when they were supposed to, to finalise everything. All paperwork signed on line. Took a train (free delivery is offered) to pick up the car on Monday (30/09/24). Lead time was spot on. My contact at the dealers was first class and professional. Great discounts and customer service, simple form to complete, a great price direct with a dealer. You get finance via the manufacturer so get any deals they have as well. Dealer was great and found a car on its way to the UK we wanted. Sold my other car with a big car buyer and got a much more than via a dealer. You will be hard pressed to find a dealer who can match what drive the deal can negotiate for you. Will be back for my next car in a few years.
