Mark was extremely helpful, his customer service is absolutely amazing. Ended up visiting 10 different companies before here and found this one. Been back again to hire another car.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed and furious with this company.
I reserved a car on the 11th of September and paid the full amount upfront. Shortly afterwards, I received a call from the branch saying there were no cars available and that I would receive a refund within 2–3 working days.
It has now been two weeks, and despite chasing up the refund on three separate occasions, I still haven’t received my money back. This is completely unacceptable.
It is unfair to block customers’ money for so long simply because the website is not updated properly regarding car availability. The lack of communication and delay in refunding is extremely unprofessional, and I will not be using this company again.

No stars at all for this company, made an online booking to rent a car for 4 days ,paid in advance a fixed sum .
On the website it’s mentioned that the deposit is between £250 and £2500 and when I attended the office I was asked to pay £1500 deposit . The options were that I will have to pay £900 deposit and pay extra for the car per day , pay an amount per day that I would have never agreed when I made the Initial booking .
So no transparency, hidden charges, misleading informations.
They tricked me in paying a smaller fee and deliberately did not tell me when the booking was made .
They didn’t refund my sum saying that its non refundable so I walked away with nothing

On booking a Drivalia hire vehicle, whether directly with Drivalia or through a Third Party provider, all Drivalia Hirers are advised on the booking page and also on their booking confirmation voucher, that, in the event of damage to the vehicle during the hire, they are required to cover their excess liability either by the provision of a deposit on a credit card in the name of the Hirer or alternatively by purchasing an excess waiver package from Drivalia.

My first and last time using Drivalia
My first and last time using Drivalia. They charged me an extra £150 and despite having booked via booking.com and getting insurance at that time, I was told by the man at the desk that that was not sufficient and was forced to buy their insurance or surrender £1500 as a deposit. Utter scam. I was not alone on the day I was there. Everyone was unsatisfied with Drivalia.
