Used drinkable gifts for the first to send a gift to my brother in Australia. My brother received his wine on the day of his Birthday and in good condition. He was pleased with his present and looking forward to sampling it. Would recommend.

I cannot believe how fast and painless the process was! I sent gifts to multiple countries/ locations. They made the ordering easy via an uploadable spreadsheet, they communicated every step of the order (including delivery complete), etc. I will definitely be using them again.

I am skeptical in the beginning by their website names. Crossed my fingers and proceed with a customised order for my special someone 14,000km away from me. I am truly impressed by both GiftBasketOverseas and Drinkablegifts customer support teams being patience and prompt to my endless queries and worries. Delivery was a little off schedule but it’s due to my own fault nevertheless the team kept assisting me with their best efforts and my recipient received the gift just in time on his birthday. Covid-19 has been devastating for all services, and although we had problems with an order failing to make it on time (due to supplier issues in Malaysia - which might be something they can and should focus and improve on) but DrinkableGifts provide some of the best customer service I have ever received and this problem was sorted out right away with a full return.

They really care about their customers and I will definitely give them a shot again in the future.

I ordered a bottle of prosecco for my sister who was in Spain. I was then told the bottle wasn't available and would an alternative be acceptable..I accepted and then the next day discovered my sister was having to return suddenly to the UK so would not be able to receive it. Four days before the delivery date I emailed the company explaining the circumstances. I was told they would look at what refund if any could be provided. Two days after the delivery date I emailed again as I had no update. I was then told they wouldn't be providing any refund but I could get a code for a derisory discount for my next order.........I regularly send gifts abroad and thought I would use drinkable gifts as it has good reviews but personally I would never use this company again..

Shipping alcohol across the states is no easy feat w/ the different laws and such in place, but Drinkable Gifts has made it so easy and always came up with a better solution for me. I don't normally give feedback but the customer service I Recieved was excellent. The delivery to Brasil was on time and I wrote to thank each of the staff for their excellent support. I will definetly be using again.

After years of sending gifts from the U.S. to a friend in South Africa and having most of them disappear, I decided to send something in-country and searched for a nice gift basket. I didn't know whom to trust, but Drinkable Gifts popped up in a Google search and I decided to give them a try. I was worried that the gift would not be packaged nicely or that it would not be delivered on time and a dozen other things. Turns out I made a great decision. The recipient sent me photos of the gorgeous reusable box tied with a big fluffy red ribbon, all of the beautiful treats inside, and a nice big easy-to-read gift card. I was SO happy. Great job, Drinkable Gifts. I'll be back!

It was my Son birthday, and he was in Canada and I was in Ireland so as you can imagine, I didn’t know how to get a particular gift to him. upon researching and reading the reviews I went with Drinkable Gifts. From the moment I made the order they were in touch with me, Drinkable Gifts Team delivered my gift on time, and even though my son was at work when the guy from the Drinkable Gifts Team rang him he advised my Son he would wait with his gift until my Son organised someone to receive it form the Drinkable Gifts Team member. Wow that was impressive. What excellent service, The Birthday card was handwritten, and the gift was in a red gift bag. My Son said it was as if I delivered it myself. We had an incredible experience working with DrinkableGifts (especially with our contact David!). Customer service was wonderful with addressing our initial questions and request for information, and once we placed our order and were assigned a designated contact to help us through the ordering and tracking process we were beyond impressed with the level of timely response, attention to detail, and support we received. We held a virtual social activity with our Board of Directors and staff following a board meeting and wanted to send out wine to all attendees. We have an international board, so international shipping is always a factor in what we do, but we were able to circumvent international shipping challenges through DrinkableGifts and their service was timely, accurate, and easy to navigate.
