The telephone number is no longer listed. I placed an order and when it did not not arrive, sent an email for an update. No reply to three mails. Looks like they've done a moonlight flit.
Website looked original, price was competitive so I confirmed an order. Batteries arrived within 3x days fully charged and fitted my Bosch drill and charger,
As for length of performance I will have to wait and see.

No official Drill Battery Store receipt issued, only a PayPal note witch advised that the following reference will appear on my account "PAYPAL *SUNSHINYAPE".
Preston telephone number given is unobtainable
I have no reply from 2x emails asking them to confirm that are a UK company in Preston Lancashire as advertised.

I can't really add what others have said, I really wished I'd read these reviews before placing an order for a Dyson battery.
The website looks very legitimate, but it is just a front for a Chinese supplier, It's been nearly a month and I have not received any goods or had any contact, raising a refund with PayPal, but of course this is painful and slow.
emailed to specifically request royal mail delivery as paid for acc to web page 1ST CLASS ROYAL MAIL hoping to receive within 48 /72 hours n they send by useless Evri and we still dont have the goods . He does not reply to emails and imo its a fake web page for a ebay seller! totally misleading sales. have put request in to paypal for full refund.
Agree with others AVOID THIS WEB DO NOT PURCHASE.
UPDATE...SEE DATE HE FINALLY REPLIED LOL 4 MONTHS LATER !! LAUGHABLE

I bought a Dyson compatible battery which stopped charging well within the 'guarantee' period., but as they do not respond to emails, then the guarantee is useless! This company should not be in business!

We promiss and have done that if the batteries is in problem or our customes don't like the batteries, we will provide return lable to send back. We will replace a new or full refund. All our batteries and charger 6 months refund, 12 months warranty.
By the way, the website of our company in United Kingdom is drillbattery but not drill-battery.
We can send a new Dyson battery for you and you don't need send back the first one if you tell us the name of PayPal that you have paid to.
We do business in United Kingdom since 2010. We don't do one day business. Hope to provide the best service for our customers.

I ordered a 3.0 Ah NiCd battery for my hand drill and the invoice confirmed this but what Drillbattery actually sent was a 3.5 Ah version. Panasonic advised me not to use this capacity battery on my old machine (technical reasons)
I then asked Drillbattery to send the correct capacity battery in exchange for the the one they sent. Three e-mails but no reply so I decided that the best solution was to send the battery back and ask for a refund of the cost plus return postage. I used the Paypal Resolution Centre to do this - and got a quick reply !
Drillbattery were reluctant to exchange at first but I then quoted the Panasonic advice so they finally agreed.
After more than one month of these frustrations I received a refund of cost but no refund of return postage. Sent an e-mail again - no reply so just gave up.
I have now bought a NiMh type battery - from a different supplier (European) and Panasonic are going to help with a suitable charger.
Lessons learned: do not use a company having the appearance of being British but is actually a warehouse only for a China factory, use Paypal for payment to get results.
Had similar experience some time ago with another company called Drill-Battery, so watch out.
p.s. Dial the company number on the side panel and the reply is “the number is not recognised” !!!???
Your reply of a few days ago (March 2024) does not reflect what actually happened.
1. Drillbattery did NOT reply until I involved Paypal through their Resolution Centre.
2. All this took a month to obtain redress.
3. Why did I have to pay the postage to return an item I did not order ? Your error, not mine, and the invoice confirms this.
4. I prefer to take the advice from Panasonic (the experts) concerning the incorrect NiCd battery over a statement from a supplier.
Title review remains - avoid this company.

We will send larger capacity for our customers if the low capacity is out of stock, The larger capacity the longer work can last. So, it is more expensive. But, you don't need pay more. Another, the larger capacity doesn't harm for you drill and charger any. Our experts have tested many time on it.
The NiMH can work fine on your drill and charger. It is little battery memory effect. And, it lighter than the Ni-Cd. The Ni-MH is better than the NiCd. We shipped a better battery for you instead. But, you don't like it. I feel apologize for that.
