Ordered my kw coilovers from these guys at driftworks and fitted them today, they are absolutely brilliant and couldn't be any happier. Very very helpful when I rang for some guidance 5 star service from start to finish. Can't recommend them enough, cheers driftworks!!!!

I recently ordered a set of Work rims along with some accessories, and overall I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Although the shipping time was quite long as expected for this kind of order, everything arrived in perfect condition and the quality of the rims and accessories was absolutely top notch. Prices were fair, especially considering the level of quality.

What stood out the most was the excellent assistance from the sales team, always helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.

Definitely recommended if you’re looking for genuine products and reliable customer service.

Before ordering a boss kit I asked if it had certain dimensions and features, Driftworks confirmed this. It was necessary to ask them to confirm these details as their website does not provide any.

Upon delivery I was met with a boss kit which did not meet the previously confirmed dimensions and features. I was then confronted with a painly rude and unhelpful customer service, which tried to put the blame on me. Of course this also included their complete refusal to pay for return shipping, even though they misled me into buying the wrong product.

This is not to mention the outrageous fees included with their international shipping method.

Don't walk, but run away from this company.

Bought some B16s for my bmw from driftworks and for some reason bilstein kept delaying my order so they offered to exchange it for another brand and my bc racing coilovers arrived within two weeks, great customer service

I bought a set of KW V3 coilovers in september , all arrived promptly , had a problem with rear height (focus rs mk2) KW did not want to deal direct with me ! Had to go through Driftworks.
Matt took ownership of problem and result is KW have sent me new rear springs FOC from germany.
Driftworks (Matt ) went above and beyond to help me , cannot recommend them enough. Brendan

Don't walk away, run away from this company. Bought a set of wheels from here for my bmw 4 series and they are not tpms compatible. All they could be bothered to do is offer £30 on a £750 set of wheels to get "tpms bands" which are no good for low profile tyres. Complete refusal to help to the point I have had to take things further. You would be better going somewhere like LK Performance. To say their customer service is useless would be a compliment. And never pay for priority delivery because they do not prioritise anythingpaid £22 for 48 hour delivery and it took 8 days when i raised this with customer service team they said and i quote "i dont understand your issue". Remember RUN away and go somewhere else. Never again will I use this company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Ordered an exhaust from them recently because the price was unbeatable on the USA side. There was some confusion on the cost of shipping to the US and they emailed me after the fact to request more money but at the end of the day the price was great and the part was at my house in just over a week.

Zero identifying information sent with wheels shipping from overseas. Not even a manufacturer name could be found by Customs. Absolute headache, absolutely avoidable. They place all blame on Customs and myself. What a joke.

Exceeded expectations, ordered an item, told a week delivery and arrived much sooner than that.

The items I ordered where said to be in stock and I had payed for next day/priority shipping, I was then emailed saying the items where not in stock and I had to wait a week for them to be ordered in. I received tracking information and they've sent the items with standard shipping and not the shipping I've paid for, it is also a different shipping company to what I had chosen. Does not come across as very professional.

Really great advice and customer service from Alex at Driftworks, followed up by an email today to check that everything was ok with the order. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase wheels, excellent customer service and prompt replies.

Wasn't exactly sure which wheel nuts would fit my vehicle. Spoke to Chris who was extremely helpful, advising of the correct parts required and that once I had placed my order if I called back he would try and get them dispatched that afternoon as it was near the end of the day. I did pay extra for the priority delivery, but Chris got the wheel nuts packed up and dispatched as promised, and they arrived the next day - excellent service all round!

I had an issue with my order and when I emailed the team at driftworks they replied within 20 minutes of my initial email and were extremely polite towards me and helped me with my issue quickly. Brilliant customer service from the team.

Bought a second hand set of coilovers that Driftworks still deal on their site. They still endeavoured to assist me they best they could in some of my queries regardless of the fact that I didn’t actually purchase the coils from them new. Also bought a pair of their coilover spanners off of their eBay site, arrived quickly with good packaging. Great, and down to earth company 👍

Decided to use driftworks as the had good reviews from various forums I use.
Emailed to ask what they’d recommend as to which spring choice on the hsd coilovers I wanted to buy
They hit me back the same day with an answer.
So I ordered on the Monday and they came the following Friday.
From start to finish they were on it.
Fantastic product
AWSOME service
Rapid delivery.
I highly recommend driftworks
Will deffo be using again.

I ordered a Nardi steering wheel through driftworks which was made to order, originally I was looking at 2 - 4 weeks waiting time but it took much, much longer on Nardi's end, which given the current circumstances is understandable. Driftworks were on to Nardi for updates constantly and kept me updated but in the end I'd grown fed up of waiting and found another wheel I really liked that was in stock.

After a short phone call, I'd had the original steering wheel I ordered cancelled and swapped for a different one, then by 9am the next morning like magic was my new Nardi steering wheel at my front door.

Honestly, I could not be any happier with Driftworks customer support and how they handled the situation, cheers guys. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I ordered anti roll bars for my Toyota MR2, 1 day later I was informed by Alex from customer service that the delivery could take place in 8 weeks at the earliest, because the producer no longer has any stock. After asking the producer, I found out that the anti roll bars will probably no longer be produced.
Alex from driftworks immediately canceled the order and arranged for the payment to be transferred back!
Perfect and correct company! Absolute recommendation!
