Received my order today from Dressed in Lucy. Had a bit of trouble with delivery at first, but it was promptly sorted due to the amazing customer service from this company. The clothes I ordered are such good quality (not see through, very decent material), and what has impressed me the most is that the tops are actually long enough (I am 5ft 10” and find it difficult to find tops that properly fit). I can’t believe I’ve never ordered/heard of this company before! I definitely recommend and will 100% order from again!!

I brought a dress for my birthday party and as soon as i got the dress I tried it on once it was fine and the day of my party I put it on the diamonte straps broke off the dress. I then had to try and glue the straps back down as I didn’t have a back up dress for that day. Didn’t think I needed one. Ended up with a broken dress so I contacted them and they said if I didn’t glue the straps on the dress they would of given me a refund. I shouldn’t of needed to glue the dress if the dress stayed together. Bad quality payed £20 and the straps were hanging on by a thin string very fragile. Very disappointed wouldn’t buy from here.

Bought a coat and was a little skeptical as never heard of this company/site before but had such a good selection to choose from and not something everybody on the street will have. Great discount code at time of purchase too. Item arrived too small so easily exchanged. Just what I wanted, it is so warm and feels great quality. Quick reply to an email I sent too. Thanks!

I can not fault any aspect of this company; excellent clothes which are different to the ones you see on the high street, amazing quality, helpful and prompt responses to questions by customer service and great value.
I’ve had numerous compliments on the clothes I’ve purchased from Dressed In Lucy, from jumpsuits, tops, jumpers to the amazing super stretch jeans which I have in every colour (every woman needs these jeans, I will never buy a different brand again!!)
I’ve always found the sizing true to size and on the odd occasion I’ve had to return/exchange an item, the service has been prompt and the customer service team always helpful and friendly.
I used to order lots of clothes from other online boutiques, but found the quality and sizing did not reflect what was being advertised. However this has never been the case with Dressed In Lucy. Every item that I have purchased looks as good as it did when I first bought it and that highlights the quality of the clothes that they sell. No bobbling, shrinking or fading and with the clothes I have just ordered from them (more jeans and some super cute shorts in the sale) I don’t expect any different.
This is the first online retailer that I have used confidently time and time again and will continue to do so.

Bought a dress to go out in for my 18th birthday, it arrived fitted lovely loved the dress so much. After two minutes of putting it on and already being late the strap broke at the front and back I didn’t have a back up outfit (so couldn’t wrap it to send it back I just wore it knowing I couldn’t return it) so I had to sew them back on after trying not to move all night to avoid the other strap breaking. it still broke and I spent the rest of the night holding onto myself to stop anything falling out. It was completely embarrassing and caused me to feel self conscious all night wouldn’t bother with this site again.

Ordered an outfit in 2 sizes as I loved it but wasnt sure on sizing. It didn't live up to my expectations & therefore i sent it back, a few days later i received an email to say I would not receive a refund for one of the tops as I had washed it! (they could smell the powder & the tag was wet) as I said to them I'm pretty sure had The top been washed there would be no tag left on it 🤷‍♀️ absolute scam of a company! AVOID

I have now received the returned top back- no damp smell (which is what you would expect with wet clothing) & the swing tag is good as new which apparently was wet when I returned it?
Well if you had any common sense you would know wet clothing which has been in a package for over a week would smell damp, not like it has been washed! No?

Also a cardboard tag does not just dry in good as new I would have imagined there would be physical signs as it was "wet" I will be referring the matter to trading standards.

I ordered a printed shirt from Dressed in Lucy, I loved it so much a family member wanted one to! Amazing quality clothing I would highly recommend.

Ordered the cropped faux fur jacket from here. Was very nice and good quality! I paid for standard delivery and it came within 2 days.

This company is awful! It’s been nearly a month now and I haven’t recieved my parcel which I paid £70 for! I would not recommend ordering from dressed in Lucy!
I’ve emailed them and they said a company has 30 days which is has been to deal with my complaint and parcel and still nothing!
Do not order from here girls, don’t trust them!

I recieved a post card through my door saying over fence my back gate is an opened gate and not closed and this is not a safe place to leave a parcel! So you need to chase this with Royal Mail! As I’ve spoken to them and Royal Mail said this would not be classed as a ‘safe place’!

This company is amazing, I ordered the wrong size and was concerned about getting a replacement in time for our holiday, customer services are the best I have ever dealt with so very helpful and made sure of the size we needed and that it arrived in plently of time.
I will definately be shopping for our grand daughter with this company again. can't thank them enough.

Ordered four items of those, two were ridiculously small and the third item, a jacket hadn't been sewn properly at the cuff so it was part hanging off. The delivery was really quick however not only do you have to pay for delivery you have to pay for returns.They were sale items & the postage overall will have cost £5.50 therefore that's another top! If the sizes were as stated I would have been delighted as the quality is good. I don't think I will be using this company again as I'm very disappointed.

Great experience purchasing from Dressed in Lucy, website was really easy to navigate and ordering was simple. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order prior to dispatch, but my messages were responded to really quickly and a refund processed without any issues. I ordered a dress for the first time last week, for a black-tie event 7 days later, and whilst it arrived really quickly - 2 days after ordering - unfortunately, the sizing was off and way too small. I needed a larger size but as it was a sale item, there was only one left in stock. I emailed customer services who responded within 30 minutes - unheard of with any other online company! - and they have gone above and beyond to sort this out for me, and do their best to make sure the replacement arrives on time. Honestly, can not recommend them enough and the dress I did buy, although too small, was actually really good quality!
