Amazing koh Samui holiday for my husbands 50th - with cancelling holidays twice due to hurricanes and the war Kirsten was brilliant, patient and super supportive, Kirsten found us a great holiday and deal at the Melia, it beat every expectation, Kirsten also gave us lounge passes at Heathrow, and arranged private transfers.

We have booked several holidays with Kirsten now and the personal touches, care and support are just platinum standard, I can’t wait to book again with Kirsten !

We have used Dream Travel a number of times and have not been disappointed. We booked a family holiday to Turkey 5* all inclusive luxury. The hotel was amazing, food excellent and facilities great.

I've used Dream Travels for the first time to book a cruise for myself and 5 members of my family as I was unsure how best to get value for money and talking to a real person rather than use online booking.
I have to admit from the very first conversation I had with Kirsten she put me at ease and was able to guide me through every step of the way. There was nothing too much trouble and she answering every question and query without hesitation and I found her informative, helpful and went over and above to ensure that the whole experience was exactly as she explained.
It was so refreshing to speak to a real person who had my best interest at heart and was passionate about her business.
I eill definitely use her again.

I wanted to book a trip to Thailand for my daughters 30th Birthday for 6 of us and I knew which hotel I wanted to stay in but was struggling with flights.
I spoke to a few agents and Kirsten was by far the most proffesional and also the best value to package it up.
Throughout the process she kept us up to date and was always available for any questions, even to the point that I wanted to change the time of the taxi transfer while we were away and she sorted it straight away.
I would not hesitate to use Kirsten again.

As someone who likes to book independently, Kirsten was recommended to me and I was super impressed from start to finish. She was able to get better rates, she has been attentive, helpful and reliable giving us peace of mind that we hadn't missed anything. Her communication is superb, replying pretty much straight away in most cases. She is very knowledgeable in all areas and is able to advise, answer or direct in the right direction. She definitely knows her stuff and is very passionate about her work. You couldn't ask for a better independent agent, she has been wonderful. We booked our Florida Disney/Universal holiday with her and have already booked a Fjord cruise with her too.

Just returned from a 7 night cruise (our first!) to Norway with my daughter age 9. This was a great deal and Kirsten was so helpful during the booking process, and when various questions occurred to me just before we travelled! We had a FABULOUS time and will definitely book via Kirsten again. I hope it’s the first of many cruises!

After a lot of personal research I still couldn’t decide best option for Lapland and ended up booking Santas Lapland with Kirsten. She made it so easy, gave me really great advice and me and the kids were so grateful for all her added extras . Thanks Kirsten really was a trip of a lifetime that we all want to do again

Just back from Levi Lapland with my ten year old daughter organised by kirsten. What can I say! Despite - 30 temperatures we had a great time! Kirsten was great in finding us the best deal giving us advice and tips and giving assurance and assistance whenever was required!

We had what was simply the trip of a lifetime to Saariselka (Santa's Lapland) as organised and recommended by Kirsten. I could not fault her service levels, attention to detail, commitment to ensuring our family had the best experience AFTER she initially took the time to answer my millions of questions! After carefully listening to me, digging deeper to find out exactly what we wanted, our budget, location, expectations etc Kirsten came up with the perfect options and handled everything for us. As someone who always organises all trips myself and has done for years it was a pleasure to let the reins go on this one and be FULLY PRESENT for my son on this magical Lapland holiday. It couldn't have been better, all thanks to Kirstens guidance, advice and planning skills! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

I contacted Kirsten having seen her page on fb and needing advice about the Santa’s Lapland trip and how they meet dietary requirements as my daughter has coeliac disease and therefore requires gluten free diet.

Kirsten was quick to respond and placed my mind at ease that she would be ok on the Search for Santa day and in the hotels / local area and provided quotes for the hotels which are included in the Magic package. Booking was easy with Kirsten, with a secure linked provided for the deposit payment and travel documents were sent promptly after payment.

A gentle reminder for the remaining balance was sent just before the final payment was required, and Kirsten offered to complete all the API details for check in as well. A few weeks before we were due to fly a package arrived with travel documents and some essentials for the trip.

We have just returned from the trip and all I can say it was magical and exceeded all our expectations - we have made memories which will last a lifetime, and will return to Lapland to experience more of what it has to offer. The Search for Santa day is well organised, and I don’t think anything will beat sledging on Christmas Eve in our house.

In addition, Kirsten was extremely helpful when I contacted her about a last minute summer holiday this year - she doesn’t just cater for the Lapland holidays.

I usually book our holidays direct, however this is likely to change going forward (unless it is a last minute break) as Kirsten made the full process that little bit easier, and we also went safe in the knowledge that if anything happened to the trip - for example flight delays / cancellation - we had someone back home who would be hand to help make any alternative arrangements.

Well what can I say...! We've just got home from an absolutely incredible trip to Lapland. Our little boy was absolutely gobsmacked with the whole trip (as were we!!) Memories that will last a lifetime! From the very start with booking with you, through to the organisation... unbelievable. You went above and beyond with the answers to many of our questions, patience of a saint, your knowledge is so in depth and thorough.

We landed on saturday morning in temperatures of -27, a shock to the system but so so worth it! Santas lapland were incredibly organised and kept the children entertained!!

We met the mischievous elves on arrival at Ivalo, they thought our son was "mini santa" as he had a santa hat on, which had him in fits of giggles.

Our free day, we spent at the ski slopes, tobogganing for hours and playing in the snow. Great fun for a 4 year old thrill seeker!!
Everything was just perfect for us and 3 nights was definately the right decision to explore!

We even managed to spot the northern lights on the walk back from the supermarket, which we were over the moon with!

The search for santa day was an experience like no other. So much to see and do! Reindeer rides, husky sleigh rides,the shows... the list goes on.

The only downside was that our son wanted to stay for longer 😂.

The snow was waist deep in places, so no worries at all with the "lack" of snow 😂.

From start to finish Kirsten was incredible in helping me choose my Lapland holiday. She offered different hotel options and offered completely unbiased advice as to what would be best for me and my two children. As our holiday got closer I had a few very last minute questions (panic!) but her super fast response put me at ease within minutes. The break itself did not disappoint and I was able to enjoy it so much more as a single parent knowing that everything had been organised by an expert. Kirsten was incredible from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble, every question was answered with patience and kindness, and she was always so quick to get back to us. A couple of weeks before our trip, she even sent us some thoughtful gifts, including a very special one for our granddaughter.

Fantastic multi centre holiday to Thailand arranged by Kirsten. This is one of many holidays Kirsten has booked for us. Excellent communication, knowledge and choices tailored to what we requested. Bangkok, Krabi, Elephant Hills and Khao Lak with all transfers arranged. The hotels were amazing and transfers were seamless, can’t wait for our next one in May 26

Kirsten was on hand from start to finish with any queries, great communication throughout and made the process so easy. The holiday she recommended was perfect for us a family of four! Spectacular location, beautiful gardens, great water park, lovely beach, amazing welcoming staff, full resort was spotless, spacious accommodation, luxurious comfort throughout all the public spaces, so much choice, and so much included, 3 different restaurants, wine tasting, delicious buffet, entertainment etc. Special memories made - loved it! From my initial enquiry which was late in the evening she replied straight away. Listening to everything we wanted, explained everything to us as we was going on a cruise and never been on one before so we had a lot of questions. Told us about the restaurant and what they do on the boat. Nothing was ever to much.

Even after mine and my partner cruise I had a few questions I was unsure about and she replied instantly which was amazing because it got us answers.
