Pauline and her colleagues at the Guildford store were very patient and understanding with my elderly father in law and made choosing the right mattress for him a pleasant experience.

Called into Newport Isle of Wight Store this morning. Arrived early as didn’t know store only opened at 10 but luckily it had opened early - we were off to a good start. Jennifer quickly offered help to work out the best mattress for our needs with their sleepmatch scanner.
Very helpful but not pushy or intrusive. Jennifer gave recommendations, showed us options and then left us to choose the mattress we felt would suit us in our own time. Ended up with a mattress at a great price, quick delivery time and our old one being taken away. Happy to recommend the Dreams Isle of Wight store and Jennifer.

Harry at the Staines branch welcomed us in and asked us what we were looking for
He answered all our questions Politely and professionally. We walked out of the shop pleased that it was only a three week deliveries time. Will definitely go back to dreams.

We bought a divan base.
Lovely welcome from Robyn when we arrived. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
We were offered drinks as we went through the purchasing process. Pillows and mattress was discussed but not needed.
We don’t have to wait long for delivery which is great.

The service provided by Georgia (store manager) at Broadstairs was a really great customer experience. Georgia showed us the type of mattress that we wanted, but also showed us a second mattress, which was the same firmness, but slightly elevated with a 2 inch foam topper, which we purchased. Georgia made the whole experience uncomplicated and easy. We have bought beds before where the sales person has showed us so many mattresses that you lose sight of which one you actually preferred and you come out of the shop with something that is not what was your initial requirement! The whole experience was easy and pleasurable and we walked out of that shop happy and confident that the mattress we bought was the correct one for us. Thank you Georgia. I would also like to add that Georgia knows everything about the mattresses that her shop sells ☺️ Their pillows are amazing too 👍

Such an easy seamless experience, everything was explained well, we purchased a mattress, frame, blanket box, mattress topper, pillow, duvet, everything you could need for the perfect sleep! Simon and James were really really really helpful! Will be back! Thank you

Had a great experience at Dreams on Clifton Moor and wanted to give a special mention to Sam. He was extremely professional, friendly and really knowledgeable about the different beds and mattresses available after using sleep match.

He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, explained all the options clearly and made the whole process easy without ever making us feel pressured. His knowledge really helped us feel confident that we were making the right choice.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Sam is a real credit to the Dreams team at Clifton Moor, highly recommend!

Mohammed from the Colindale store was fantastic in helping me pick the right mattress for us. It took a while but we got there in the end! Very helpful, knowledgable team, and warmly welcomed when we walked in and explained every option very well.

Placed order on the 10th of July for full bed eg base, mattress and head board and received a confirmation email of delivery on the 6th of August.
However on the 5th of August received a photo call to tell me that they were unable to deliver the next day and was told it would be the first of September .
Totally unacceptable for any company to treat customers like this they must have been aware of the fact they would not meet delivery date earlier in the week but choose to delay informing me until the day before.
I cancelled the order on the 5th due to the delay and asked for a confirmation email about the cancellation and for the payment to be returned to my card.
However while I know it can take Ten days for payment to be made to card I have still not received an email about the cancellation.
I have used Dreams before however it now looks like they are simply taking to many orders to,meet the units / beds they were which is simply poor management. It Is also impossible to contact any at dreams by live chat or by phone on a Saturday or a Sunday which is exactly unusual these days as most companies do allow you to contact them even if it is reduced hours .
I will be in contact with my card provider over the next few days in I don't hear from Dreams

Mike from the Eastleigh branch was absolutely spot on, helped us choose our desired mattress and within 10-15 minutes we had purchased the mattress, not pushy at all let us trial all the mattresses in the showroom and gave us some great advice. Thank you very much Mike :)

Quick and easy, Anna provided a good service and was very welcoming and engaging.

In store experience was truly excellent. Dreams then got the delivery date muddled, but compensated me for that. Mattresses were initially fab but seemed to develop a fault. No problem getting replacement sorted (apart from over an hour wait for a callback following a disastrous (for them) system upgrade that wrecked the customer service system).

BUT (and this is why only four stars*) I am currently waiting in for the exchange mattresses on a sunny Saturday, having received no promised delivery time slot. I am unable to call them because the only CS system that seems to be working today is the sales chat team.

Not good enough, Dreams. You do Saturday deliveries, and you should have a support team behind that. And you should provide the time slots that you promise to provide.

Update: the mattresses never arrived. So now I need to brave the CS telephone system again tomorrow (Monday). I’ll update again later…

Went to Dreams to purchase a mattress. Was served by Louis in the Ashford store. He couldn't have been more helpful. He took lots of time with us, was very patient and knowledgeable. Was very helpful in explaining the different types and was very honest. I would recommend Louis, a very helpful personable guy.
