Great experience at Dreams, Worthing.
Purchased a ThermaPur mattress from the Worthing Dreams store. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Freya, the sales assistant who served me the three times I came to the store, knew everything there was to know on the subject of sleep, was incredibly accommodating of my family and I, and was consistently pleasant and helpful. A credit to the store. Thank you, Freya!

Great service with expert bed advice
We loved the computerized bed that we were able to try and discover what bed was right for us. We also had great service from the manager in Worthing.

New matress.
Purchased a new mattress and the knowlegable and amiable member of staff (Lucy) who dealt with us explained everything about mattress materials and choices and made the in-store experience very pleasing.
The delivery drivers were very curteous despite having to carry a king size mattress up to the to the top floor of a block of flats.
Would be happy to buy from Dreams again when we get around replacing the base.

Our 'Go To' store for beds for the past 20 years…
We've been a customer of Dreams Beds for almost 20 years and cannot fault the service or the quality of their bedding. Our in-store advisor Chazz was knowledgeable and understood what we wanted. We used the sleep analysis machine ( unique to Dreams I believe) to find the perfect range of mattresses to suit us. Again Chazz help us to decide on which ones were best suited to our needs and budget. The result is a wonderful nights sleep. Thank you Chazz and Dreams.

My purchase of my bed was excellent
My purchase of my bed was excellent, because the mattress was very firm and extra comfortable.I had an extra special sleep because I felt as if l was floating on air .My mattress was recommended by a server called Freya, she made me try the sleep match , before I purchased my mattress.so I could decide which mattress is suitable.Freya was extremely helpful helping me choose my mattress of choice.She was very patient when I was deciding which bed to finally choose.Freya was a very at doing her job of discussing the options which are available to me. I would recommend that Freya is to be commended for doing a brilliant job of putting the customer at ease and making them feel comfortable to ask relevant questions which concern them.
