Rubbish £1100 mattress
We bought a Lagoon K king size mattress in December 2019, which cost us £1099. We were told by them we should replace our mattress every 8 years. In Sept 2021 (21 mths later) we approached Dreams as our mattress has sagged. They sent a man to assess it, who did his measurements on a portion of mattress that hadnt sagged - his conclusion was it is ok. Dreams have done everything possible to ignore our requests, and so far we have had 6 emails from them over the past 7 weeks stating that 'we haven't forgotten about you' - but thats all they do. Our advice is dont buy from Dreams - they have the TV adverts, & their store staff have the spiel, but their mattresses certainly dont last 8 years. Ours is now so uncomfortable we both get hip pain EVERY night, and thats after just 21 months. What will it be like in 8 years???

Thanks for leaving us your review. I am sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the outcome of the inspection carried out on your mattress.
The methodologies used are standard within the industry and adopted by most major inspection companies and we have no sway over the determination of the technician, who will have reached his conclusions following three different tests to assess settlement and support.
Happy I was able to speak to you this morning with a proposed resolution and glad that you're delighted with this.

The Wimbledon Dream Store a place highly recommended with very friendly and trained staff
The Wimbledon Dream store is a very well managed place to come and staff is highly skilled, helpful and friendly specially Fardeen and Usman were giving all possible support/advises to select the right beds, mattress & other stuff. Its a great store to visit with a very supportive and caring staff and to be recommended to other friends.
Honestly Fardeen friendly and supportive attitude moved us to revisit the Wimbledon Dream store to buy some new stuff for our new home, well done and thanks to Fardeen!

First mattress purchase
Went to buy a mattress for our first house. Colleagues were helpful, as was the machine that identified the right type of mattress. Only slight downside was the lack of products available in the low-mid price bracket.

Top customer service experience. Carl was amazing, kind and fast on understanding what we needed. The manager Deen has been helpful and kind, helping us placing the order. I would definitely recommend to visit the Wimbledon Branch.

Very pleased with my experience at Dreams Wimbledon. Thorough product knowledge in shop. Stayed with me initially to identify a selection of mattresses then gave me space to try out and come to a decision in my own time. Very helpful and accommodating on the sale and delivery side too.
