We bought a mattress from Dreams nearly 10 years ago and it was fantastic but after all that time it needed updating. We went back to the store and spoke with a very helpful member of staff who pointed us in the right direction. The transaction was easy and the new mattress was delivered by a couple of friendly professional guys a couple of weeks later.

Excellent, from choosing a new headboard to delivery. In shop sales assistant was very helpful. When it was ready for delivery we had email then a call on the morning. Very good service.

Great service/communication from Dreams team. I ordered the Ealing upholstered ottoman bed & mattress online as a Christmas present for my daughter back in October 2024. Unfortunately there was a big production/shipping delay but they were very informative and kept me up to date all the way through & offered a refund/exchange if I didn’t want to wait the duration. I decided to stick with what I had originally ordered & I’m glad I did. The bed finally arrived in January 2025. It is beautifully made. My daughter is so happy with it & overjoyed with all the extra storage space this particular bed has provided. The mattress is pure comfort. Great delivery service. Very happy customer. It’s our 2nd ottoman bed from Dreams (our other daughter has one too) and we wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again from this company.

So happy with our new bed and mattress. Sales advisor was great at helping us choose from what we needed and explained the process of the mattress selection process. Delivery was great and on time.

This is my first order from Dreams and I felt I would trust their process and I must say I have been truly impressed. The first experience of the first nights I found it weird I think more so to the smell of the the newness of the mattress. But since then I look forward to going to bed it's a perfect suit for me. On selecting I was given a range of mattresses and selected the midrange but I have got to say they got it right no more aches and I feel lifted in the mornings and know I've slept well.Their knowledge and patience was second to none and really helped me with my selection of bed. The most important thing for you is to trust their process and go with it. Helpful from selection,installation and aftercare. Thank you dream's.

Delivery first class all took just a little while. Mattress felt firm and comfortable a good buy.

She was so helpful offered us a cup of Tea or Coffee, we was unsure what bed to pick as we both have different back issues when sleeping on a out of date
Matress. We spent 15 minutes on Dreams State of the art AI Matress Finder.
After that great experience we was then taken to a variety of recommended Matresses calculated by the AI matress Finder.
We then laid on around 8 different types of mattresses, and on every one Paige was Amazing explained in depth each matress consistency, Material involved such as spring content Gel Foam and manufactured backgrounds as well as financial options, Paige is a real expert and extremely knowledgeable with her job and all the many mattresses that are so different from one another. The decision between me and my partner was difficult as we both had different opinions with every mattress, but with the help from Paige we managed to come to an agreement narrowing the choice between choosing 1 out of 2

The men from Dreams who delivered my bed and put it together were brilliant. They were courteous, hard working and tidied up after themselves!
The bed is very comfortable and I sleep well. I should have bought new pillows when the salesman suggested it. I will have to go back and purchase them!
