Faultless
We couldn't fault the efficient service from staff both instore and delivery. Nothing was too much trouble! As for the Tempur mattress, we've not had such good night's sleep for a long time! An absolute game changer! Thank you 😊

We used Dreams and got a good night sleep …
We used Dreams to change just our two mattresses. The sales staff could not be more helpful and polite. The staff delivered the mattresses on time and even took them to the bedrooms. The items were very comfortable having been tried out on their Sleep machine in store.
I shall be returning to buy a new bed in the new year

I’ve purchased a new mattress but I’ve only had it just over a week which is the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars as it’s a bit early to totally commit. First few days were strange of course but I’m starting to feel comfortable. The sales team at my store in Sittingbourne were brilliant as were the 2 delivery guys. My old mattress went to recycle which I wanted for my little part to help the planet. Would definitely recommend Dreams

She sold us an extended guarantee and arranged delivery and collection of the old mattress.
I came back 3 days later to complete the sale just before opening time but I was let in to complete the sale in " breakfast time " . thanks Hannah

Great customer service
The experience was great from start to finish. The sales team were helpful and highlighted the features of the different beds without being pushy. The after sales service was great too. We got an advance notice of the 2 hour delivery timeslot with the driver arriving as scheduled who was also friendly, helpful and efficient.

We were greeted with a friendly…by everyone
We were greeted with a friendly atmosphere, but at no time felt pressure to buy, all our questions were answered and we felt happy with our purchase, the staff at Sittingbourne branch all joined me with a little light banter.
The email contact was excellent keeping us informed of the delivery times etc.
The delivery men were first class. Would recommend
