I was shown many beds by Paul and had a lot of useful information which helped me choose my perfect bed. The delivery guys were polite, hard working lugging up a great big bed upstairs and setting it up and being respectful of my property and arriving bang on time.

A good product and delivery process

Very approachable and understood what we were wanting to achieve for the sale. We had our children with us and they helped accommodate and entertain to allow us to make the right decision as those with children will understand shopping for such items can be patience consuming tasks in what can only be described as a boring day out for kids.

Walked into the shop met by salesman, 15 minutes later I had a bed no Hassel.

Experience was great. When I was buying my bed. Dreams Store employer helped to pick up the best for me. I’m really happy with my new bed right now.

I did like the welcome I received snd the helpfulness. The thing I didn't like the experience of going on the sleep machine , being diagnosed for best mattress then finding out they were all above my budget..£1000!!!. I was not encouraged to buy cheaper mattresses. I did that part on my own without their help.

Can't really rate the mattress yet and I don't have it. That's kind of the problem. My old mattress has given up so I went into Salisbury Dreams store to look at mattresses. The guy in there was awesome and we picked out the perfect mattress for me and I picked the earliest possible date for delivery as my current mattress is basically unusable. My delivery date was set at 13th September.

I've now recieved at email telling me that due to 'fabric shortages' in the factory, the delivery date is going to be 11th OCTOBER. A delay of a month. What level of incompetence is going on in the factory to run short of fabric, what must be one of the key materials for them.

I did do the whole sitting for an age in the hold queue to speak to a customer services agent who seemed to know even less than I did about what was going on and said that was the earliest they could deliver but they can't even guarantee that date.

I'm stuck with the order as I've taken credit out, and if I cancel it all, the hard credit search says in file and affects the credit rating, so they have me over a barrel.

I had been recommending Dreams store to some friends of mine who are looking for a mattress. Warned them off now.

UPDATE: Kishan dropped me an email with a list of mattresses that they could deliver within 2 weeks. I went and tried several of them in-store but they weren't suitable for me. David, the manager in the Dreams Salisbury store, was once again fantastic and he's a true asset to the company with his knowledge and it amazing service. He's made this whole experience much more mangeable and positive.

We have now settled on me waiting for the mattress on October 11th and a partial refund of the mattress cost. I will update further when the mattress arrives. Upgraded 1 stars to 2 stars for now due to a 'partially good' response to the issue.
