2nd bed from dreams as I’m getting married and needed a bigger bed so just went for the king size.
Brilliant bed, again and mattress. Sold by lovely and knowledgeable staff.

The staff in store were brilliant. I can’t remember the guys name but I think it was Dennis, he was so helpful and friendly and extremely patient.
No hard sell and left to make my decision without feeling pressured.

Had several mattresses of Dreams over the years and always good service , however we have just taken delivery of a Duvan bed and mattress and the quality is shocking on the actual bed . It was left for me to unpack and assemble otherwise it’s an extra £60 😯. As I assembled it the quality was obvious. A poor built weak frame , A wheel missing only 7 supplied and not 8 . The duvan draws didn’t close flush , underneath was black plastic sheeting like you would have on a car boot sale , it was stapled all the way around in a messy sequence. The 2 plastic clips supplied to keep the 2 half’s together are a very poor design and could not be used so the bed moves . Probably the poorest quality bed i have ever seen 😃 The Dreams team did not disappoint and was quickly and efficiently in touch offering to replace with a better option , Rayanan at Nottingham castle marina was fantastic at listening to to me and sorting out a replacement but Also was Faye in Customer services who called and emailed to offer support and other options . Therefore I give Dreams a 5 star for excellent customer services and acknowledging my issue very fast . I look forward to my new delivery in 3 weeks time . Thank you Reannan and Faye you are a credit to your company

We visited the Dreams store and tried various mattresses without any pressure to buy. We did the sleep test to see which mattress was best for us. The only reason we didn't buy in store it was because the one we choose, it wasn't on offer. After a few weeks, we bought online cheaper and delivery when it suited us.

We went to have a look after having the best night’s sleep following an overnight stay in a hotel. The lady welcomed us into the store and asked if we needed any guidance. We explained our situation and admitted we had no idea where to start.
She got us going with the bed test scan, which gave us some useful results. I can confirm we then spent the next two hours testing beds, calling our daughter to measure various walls in the bedroom, and narrowing things down until we finally agreed on the right bed.
The sales team were incredibly patient and happy to answer all of our questions. Safe to say we’ve bought the best bed ever and haven’t looked back.

I’d been searching for a firm mattress, and this one really stood out—especially because I’ve never got on with memory foam. The addition of the wool layer was a big plus for me.
My only regret is not choosing the option to have it delivered to the bedroom; getting it upstairs on my own was definitely a challenge!

The bed I chose in the showroom was better than expected, it gave me a good nights sleep from the very first night I slept on it.

Saw and tried the bed on the 1st January 2026 and the bed was delivered on the 14th January.

I keep coming back! I bought a mattress from Dreams over 8 years ago and they were the first ones that came to mind now I’m due an upgrade. We were greeted, give ample time to browse and were gently asked if we needed any help. Rhiannon was great. She introduced us to Sleepmatch which scanned our bodies and gave us recommendations on our best mattress options. She went through all of those recommended but we ended up back with the first option which was one from the Tempur range. Rhiannon was able to arrange delivery for a week from the order date which we thought was super quick. Great service, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. There’s nothing better than a good nights sleep and Dreams are the place to go for your new mattress!

Cameron at Nottingham was very patient and professional and made it very easy for us to make a choice for two new matresses. Excellent service. The items arrived on time and the delivery staff were great and very helpful

I have bought my beds from Bensons in the past.
We decided to buy an adjustable bed and went to Bensons. However, the salesman was awful. Only had 1 bed to show us and was rude and dismissive when we spoke to him. We left and went next door to Dreams.
We were met by Martin who very politely told us he was with a customer and he would be with us asap. He also asked if we’d like a drink.
What a difference!!
After a short time he put us on their trial bed and showed us a selection of beds and mattresses. We weren’t pushed into anything and left to our own thoughts.
We chose our package and arranged a delivery date.
The delivery men again were very polite and answered all our questions.
We know where any future beds will come from!!
