Dreams - Leicester St George Anmeldelser 

Purchased a Silentnight bed and two Silentnight mattresses. Had done previous research on the quality of the mattresses myself . Nihali at the Leicester store was very informative both on the telephone prior to going into the store and provided excellent attention whilst purchasing.
The Dreams delivery team Abe and Liam who were from Wolverhampton were superb; curtious and efficient. No qualms in recommending the store.

My husband and I sleep well since the arrival of our new bed. No more aches and pain when getting out of bed. It's been an amazing having a comfortable bed.

i ordered several items at the beginning of December last year which (despite the store signs advertising) were not available for delivery until well after Christmas. I was told if the items were subsequently in the sale I could claim a refund of the price difference. Sadly it took ages to get said refund but I then realised there had possibly been a further offer on another item I bought which hadn't been mentioned. I tried to question this but was told I asked after my items were all delivered, so they wouldn't cosndier it further. I feel mislead by the delivery promises in store, customer service was reluctant and not empowered to deal with my requests and then refused to confirm if I was due a further refund on goods bought at the same time. Will I buy from then again? Never. An expensive shop but I thought the price would be matched by a quality product and service. Not in my experience.

Ian offered help as soon as I walked in, but wasn’t pushy. He asked what I was looking for and suggested I browse. He also offered me a hot drink while I looked. One thing that impressed me was that he didn’t try to upsell. He was friendly, extremely helpful and I came away very happy with my purchase.

Really good customer service at the Leicester Dreams store. Good information and advice given in a non-pushy manner. Very comfortable mattress delivered as expected. The mattress has had a 'new-product'smell, which is wearing off as described in the product information supplied. I would certainly recommend.

From the moment we walked in until our purchase was complete, it was a complete pleasure. No pressure, and no question that couldn’t be answered. We were offered a hot drink, and tried the sleepmatch to choose the right mattress that suited us. What a difference. We’re generally asleep a 3rd of our lives so we decided to get a quality mattress and bed from Dreams. It helps that they have a 40 day guarantee too where if you’re not satisfied then you can change so what’s not to like.

Anil at Dreams, St Georges was fantastic and made myself and my family welcome in-store.

Everything was explained to me and his product knowledge was second to none.

We normally buy everything (and i mean everything!) online but when it comes to picking the perfect bed, we had to check it in person and Dreams has the largest variety on the high street.

You pay a little more, maybe but you get exactly what you want, when you want it with top class service.
