Storage bed
Paid dreams beds to install my bed which the installer damaged during installation.
After having phoned them numerous times I've been given 2 weeks to wait until the part is replaced.
I've been told not to use the storage bed until the part is replaced.
The part should have been replaced more or less instantly.
Not at all happy with their service.

Purchased an ottoman last year and it was an excellent experience, so went back for another new mattress and removal of old mattress and bed...happened as scheduled all arranged on line, based on our two experiences I have no issue recommending dreams..(Lakeside)

Total Dream delivery of fabulous product Yesterday in pouring rain two lovely…
Yesterday in pouring rain two lovely delivery men arrived and with no fuss installed our new headboard took away our unwanted bed as well abd went far beyond the call of duty. We are in our 70s unwell and though Richard our original contact on holiday Maria was at Dreams Lakeside to facilitate. The customer care we received from sales to delivery was an absolute text book of how to win and keep loyal customers and I’ll continue to post new customers your way. Thank you so much

Misled by dreams sales assistant
We bought a midsleeper bed and mattress for our 4 year old. The sales assistant told us to pick a delivery date and we paid extra to have the bed assembled. On the day of delivery only the mattress arrived, no bed frame. The delivery driver called the dreams office and was told the bed would be delivered to us on the same day by a different company. However when we spoke with dreams customer service we were told the bed would be delivered by their partner company and the usual turnaround for the delivery would be 6 weeks. We were not informed of these separate deliveries by the sales assistant and now we have a mattress without a bed. If we had been made aware of this issue we would have requested to receive both mattress and bed at the same time. If it wasn’t for the incompetence of the sales assistant we wouldn’t be in this situation.
Update 12/7: Dreams were able to negotiate a faster delivery of the bed despite customer services initially telling me that wasn't possible. It is now arriving on Monday instead of in 6 weeks. Grateful to Peter for his assistance in this matter and the resolution.

Great value and service
The service we received was great. We received excellent value on the two mattress’s we purchased and the store advisor Richard did everything he could to reduce the price and meet our requirements- even throwing in very expensive pillows and mattress protector for free!
We left the store feeling very satisfied with our purchases.
