Dreams are best for a Dream Bed.
The shop staff were very helpful and polite. Our new bed is a wonderful sleep and just as we ordered. The delivery men were very helpful.

The staff member that we saw was a real credit to you, I wish I knew her name but lady with rainbow hair! She put us all at ease, including my teens, not an easy thing to do! She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Great Delivery Team
Great Delivery Team - unfortunately the original bed I ordered would not fit into my home. The two man delivery team were very experienced and advised on alternatives. The replacement fitted eventually.
The delivery team are a credit to Dreams.
It would be helpful if, instore, the team asked about the layout of the staircase etc to avoid a delivery failure.

Purchase of tempur pro air smartcool mattress
Excellent service in store by Jade. We explained our needs and were recommended a tempur mattress that we subsequently bought. Got a good deal with new pillows, duvet and mattress protector.
Had it for just about 2 weeks now, and delighted with it. Didn't realise just how much our old one had deteriorated, until we got the new one. 10 out of 10 for Dreams.

Well done Dreams!
Staff were very helpful in the showroom, making it easier to choose the correct matress for our needs.
Delivery men were very respectful towards our property and giving full instructions on when to turn around matress.

Love Dreams
Firstly, the reason we shop at Dreams and will keep returning is the staff. They are fantastic, in particular, Jennifer who has assisted us on our last few visits. She is a credit to you.
Our mattress was delivered with care and we were informed at every step of the progress of our delivery.
The mattress itself is lovely. We've had it for about 11 days and it's providing support and comfort and a great night's sleep.

Excellent service
We spoke to Jen when we were looking for our new bed. She was full of knowledge in explaining to beds and mattresses.
We decided on an ottoman bed and it is the best bed and mattresses we have ever had. Cheaper than other bed stores and a very experienced staff member who made it an easy purchase

New bed…
My wife and I went to dreams as we needed a new bed.we used the machine in different positions as which mattress was right for us.was made a cup of coffee. Was not rushed so we could choose at our leisure.we chose a mattress and new bed frame.well worth a visit
