SUPERB just want to say a big thankyou to Amanda and reece Manager at dreams gravesend.Had been trying to find a strong firm suitable mattress due to having hip operation and my old mattress very worn.I attended the gravesend store not being pushy at all and listening to my needs and advising me to use the bespoke Sleepmatch technology which i did and had my heart set on the sealy.Amanda and Reece done their upmost to ensure i was able to get the mattress i wanted with delivery and taking my old mattress away with no stress at all.They both very caring proffesionals and listened to my needs and even supplied 4 new pillows.The delivery guys was great kept me updated even rang to say be early which was great they were very chatty wore footcovers and was no stress at all.I recommend dreams at gravesend very much and look forward after my hip operation to be in as much comfort i can.Thankyou Mrs Michelle Tull The coffee was lovely too xxx

Very nice men who delivered

When choosing my comfortable mattress the staff at the shop were very attentive and helpful. I got my new mattress delivered to me in time and the delivery drivers were very polite and placed my mattress in the room I wanted it and even placed it on my bed. I was very pleased with the staff and their drivers very helpful.

Although we ordered the bed at Gravesend Kent we had it delivered to our new address in Wiltshire. Seamless process and arrived as scheduled the day after we moved into our new home.
The Swaffham mattress is the most comfortable one we’ve ever had and get a lovely nights sleep. The Ottoman base is great for so much storage. Highly recommend both and Dreams Beds.
