Had a very good experience buying a bed from Dreams. Great variety, excellent service and good overall advice. The computer generated information about how you sleep was extremely helpful. Overall very good value for money and expert advice.

Good price, quality and service.
We bought Hudson Mattress and Ottoman Base, items arrived on time, assembly was quick and professional, they’ve also removed an old sofa bed.
Store Team (Jerome) was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable-Cheers mate!
Overall we are happy with service, price and product quality.

Easy experience with knowledge sales associate
I had a great experience at the Fulham location of Dreams. I recently moved to the UK by myself and needed mattresses and bedframes without breaking the bank. James was an incredibly knowledgeable sales associate who helped me find exactly what I needed without overselling me. Recommended it so much my colleague who also just moved it went in the next day!

Faultless Customer Service
We were met at the door by Liibaan (Lee) who immediately sorted out where we could park and led us through the process of choosing a king sized mattress and a single guest bed. He was endlessley helpful, patient, courteous and professional. Our delivery is next week so we can't comment on that, but we are extremely happy with the service so far and would highly recommend Dreams in general and Lee in particular. Excellent customer service.

Bought a mattress and bed frame with very reasonable price. Great quality, great service at the store, tried out the mattress with helpful advise from sales rep James. Delivery was prompt and staffs were very polite. The bed was very easy to assemble. Best buy.
