Great experience from the day we went…
Great experience from the day we went to the Dreams store in Edinburgh to the moment our bed and mattress were delivered.
Back in March we were passing by and decided to have a look at some mattresses. We didn't even want to buy any yet, as we were moving to our new flat a few months after and there still was time.
We were greeted by Iain, who helped us choose a perfect mattress and bed for us and we decided to buy it and have it delivered in June.
The delivery team was great too! Unfortunately I didn't get thei names. They were respectful of the property. Our bed was assembled quickly and they showed us how the ottoman storage works.
I now have my dream bed now and the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on.

Extremely happy with my shopping and experience
I am extremely happy with my shopping experience at Dreams in Leith (Edinburgh). Godfrey Smith was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. He set me up on the sleep machine to identify some ideal mattresses for my needs and then explained the different options suggested to me. I am extremely satisfied with the mattress and bed frame that Godfrey helped me select. I would highly recommend shopping at Dreams.

Had the BEST help at the Edinburgh Seafield branch from David Mackie.
I have a very bad back , and have been searching for a good mattress for years!
The physio recommended Dreams and their “ scientific measuring machine”.
David couldn’t have been more helpful and patient - but never pushy - just very knowledgable! We were there 3 hours!! Thank you Dreams and Dream Team!

When I visited the Dreams shop at…
When I visited the Dreams shop at Seafield, David was very helpful without being pushy. He was patient and polite and gave me all the information I needed.
When I ordered my mattress it was delivered on the day arranged and I was given a 2hour time slot. The delivery men were cheerful and were quick to put on shoe covers so as not to dirty my carpets. They carried the mattress upstairs and removed the plastic covering. A first class service! Thank you VERY much. It is so good to have such reliable service.

Excellent service
This is the second time we have bought a mattress from Dreams. The team in the showroom in Edinburgh were very helpful, friendly and professional. The delivery guys kept us up to date and arrived on time. They positioned the mattress and took away all the packaging. I highly recommend this company.

Very Happy!
Really good service in the store at Seafield, Edinburgh. Not pushy but helpful. Bed and mattress are great, very comfy and seems very sturdy. Extremely happy with it!

Does the job ok
I felt at a loss with the lack of choice on the market for wooden beds that fit a modern look but Dreams was the closest. Price ok-ish, quality ok - but not 'good'; in places there was wear on edges of veneer already and 'cracks' where boards were glued. All their frames don't seem to fit to mattress; 2cm or so on all sides. Decided on this over others because in store I saw others were even worse. Went for the sprung slat, and although the bed is lower than usual, it turned out really high because metal underframe that you attach it to was fixed high.
Ofc, can't fault the in store service at all, they've been good, and communication regarding delivery was clear throughout. So the bed, it just does the job
