The customer services e was great right from buying where the staff knew everything possible about beds to the delivery on delivery they put the bed together for me and made no mess and took away all the packaging. All the staff were really helpful, polite and freindly

The Lady who guided me through the Process was very professional and knowledgeable.From the test bed through the choices I had available .Was always there to offer help without being pushy .Delivered on time and the drivers were very efficient and friendly.

This is the third time we have used…
This is the third time we have used Dreams Clydebank and the people in the store couldn't be more helpful. Choosing a bed is tricky and the staff know how to be helpful without interfering! The whole process has been seamless.
We subsequently had an issue with the bed base and the customer service team sprang into action immediately and sorted it out for us by delivering a replacement. I couldn't rate the team more highly.
We will definitely be back again in the future.

I love my new bed it's fantastic
I love my new bed it's fantastic. My experience in the shop was great. Debbie never pressured me in to anything I felt very comfortable to take my time ( and I did about 3 hours ) and felt I could change my mind lot's of times. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Good communication
Overall good experience with good communication on delivery day and time slot.
Only negative issue was bed came with castors which I didn’t know and as I have wooden floors causes difficulties.
