We were welcomed by Mel and she was very pleasant and helpful. I had seen the Tadley mattress online, and although I did try another one, it was the Tadley that I went for in the end. I am very pleased with it. I am disabled and it's a joy to sleep on a great mattress. The whole experience from first contact to the extremely pleasant, friendly delivery team. My husband has a Dreams mattress as well and he's equally happy with it. We would recommend Dreams to anyone.

"Seven years ago, we bought a Sealy Posturepedic mattress from you and were highly satisfied. Unfortunately, this new purchase is a completely different experience. Not only was the price significantly higher than anticipated, but the mattress itself feels like an entirely different product. Additionally, there is a strong, lingering chemical smell—especially on the pillows—that still hasn't gone away. We expected better continuity in quality given our past experience."

The staff at the Caerphilly store were very helpful.
I ordered the wrong size mattress I rang the store and they sorted it out for me.

Very Good Experience
I struggled to do an order online as the website was giving contradicting information and so I was connected to a Dreams Salesperson at the Caerphilly Store via the online link. This was very helpful as I managed to speak to an actual person who was able to answer my questions and help me complete my order over the phone.
