Overall excellent, but I have noticed the stitching on the pulls for the otterman are coming away. I am not sure what to do.

This was the second bed I bought from Dreams in the space of 4 months. Once again I was extremely pleased with the communication up to the day and time of delivery and the assembly and disposal of the old bed.

Arther and his colleague were very friendly and professional. They were quick to check where my mattress was to go first and then got it in quick and efficiently. They then told me what to do once I got it out the plastic and then left.

We have bought a bed frame, a mattress and a headboard. So, after 2 weeks a front panel from a drawer fell down. And they are not selling beds, they are selling components and they don't really give a thing, how they look together. Our mattress projects for ~4 cm from the frame. They say in their terms and conditions that usually there is a gap between the bed frame and the mattress to allow for bedding, but in our case, it is quite the opposite. Now, the headboard has the the legs too long and the bottom edge of the board is about ~5-7 cm above the mattress so you can see the wall and the timber legs. That is because they just order different parts from across the world, without bothering how they look together. I have made 4 complaints via email, with pictures attached and still have no answer. I had a chat discussion with their customer service, wrote down all 3 of my problems. They said that they will send someone to inspect the problem. The guy came in and said he does not care about the drawer and headboard, he was just told to measure the mattress. After he did, he said the mattress is ok. But the problem is that, that mattress on that bed frame is not ok. Next time I will buy from amazon, you get the same quality, but getting a refund is not a problem at all. A total disgrase.

Went in to look for a mattress and tried the sleep clinic machine. It recommended 8 mattresses, 7 of which were a very good fit and we bought one of them. Absolutely delighted with the service and the experience. Will certainly shop there again.

Impressive service. Staff in-store were kind and helpful, they gave practical advice. Delivery was quick and on time, delivery staff took the furniture to our room of choice which saved us dragging it upstairs. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would recommend Dreams to everyone!

It was the best thing we did for a long long while purchasing two new beds and pillows. We have gone many months, almost a year and to accept that we need to act if we were ever going to get comfort and a good nights sleep. We went to Bury St Edmunds retail site and made our very first visit to Dreams shop. That's when all our problems were solved, from the help and guidance we received from the salesman, and all was complete with ease. We received our beds as arranged on the day stated, and my wife and I find it very difficult to want to get out of bed in the mornings, no aches back pains, just bliss.

Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff member who set me at my ease, and gave me the time and space to find what I needed. Would definitely recommend and would use again

Bury St Edmand store are very helpful Nathan is very informative and not pushy at all really knows his stuff and makes a great cuppa.

His advice was excellent and we were soon sure of the product that was right for us and the order was processed efficiently. The offers available made the price very reasonable and we were able to get all we needed for a good price.

I visited your Bury St Edmunds store and was welcomed by Nathan. We discussed what I was looking for and he advised that I tried the sleep machine to find my perfect mattress. The machine is excellent and after going through most of the options I found the perfect mattress and the delivery was arranged for the following week.

When my husband and I entered the store, the team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We saw two members, Julia and Nathan. We knew what kind of thing we wanted before we went but was shown different beds and mattresses that they felt would suit what we needed. They even looked online at bed frames that weren’t in store which we actually ended up purchasing. We couldn’t fault their efficiency and were very covid conscious by wearing masks and supplying anti bac around the store. The delivery was also great. We were informed of a two hour window and we also received a phone call the morning of the delivery so we could expect a specific time within that window. They came in and assembled the bed with no problems. They were friendly and helpful. A great experience with them all round 👍🏻

Dreams in Bury St Edmunds are brilliant. Ask for Nathan in store! He is absolutely fantastic! The knowledge he has of each mattress is incredible. Definitely recommend.
