Excellent service from highly professional and knowledgeable staff. Delivery on time and professional unpacking and assembling of bed. I would absolutely recommend Dreams Bridgend.

Very comfortable mattress, I'm really pleased with my purchase. And delivered on time.

We went into Dreams Beds to purchase a day bed.
When I told the assistant what we wanted he said that what we really wanted was a single bed and that they do not sell daybeds without the pullout bed trundle underneath.
I suggest that the management of this shop takes the man aside and shows him the company website and ask him to look at the Rose,Northwood and Freddie day beds all of which do not have the underbed trundle.
Some staff training is required here.
Needless to say we will not be purchasing anything from Dream Beds.
We may be in our 80's but do not treat us as idiots

I was told my bed when I ordered it was a lot higher now I get cramp getting in and out of it a bad knees because it's so low

From the moment we walked in to the store at Bridgend, until we received our beds, the professionalism and customer service was second to none. Throughout this time the communication was also excellent.

We walked into the store and were greeted by the salesman Marcus. There was no pressure from him whatsoever, and his knowledge was so valuable to us in making up our minds with our choice.

When the time came for our beds to be delivered we had timely updates, before and on the day. The delivery team were very polite and friendly. The one was fairly new but the other ensured he was ok in what he was doing. He was exceptional, and ensured that everything was done promptly and efficiently. So, all in all our experience with Dreams was a great experience.
