Great customer service after a mistake in store. Would recommend
The staff done a great job but forgot to mention that the mattress on top of the bed frame would make the bed really high to get into. After initially leaving a bad review, the team contacted me to make it right. A big thanks to Mr Walsh who reached out personally and told us to go into our local store. When we went back into the Bedford store, the manager couldn't help us enough. Highly recommend

Very pleased with our purchase, the salesman was helpful and friendly. The delivery went without a hitch, again the delivery men were very smart, friendly and efficient. A good investment 👌

Helpful Staff with no pressure to buy.
The sales Team were very helpful in answering all of my questions and were not pushy or overbearing. They gave my wife and I plenty of space to browse the showroom at our own pace. Once we had short listed some mattresses, we approached the sales team to advise us on the choices we had made.
There is a very smart machine in store that measures the way we lay down to sleep and records some characteristics about our body shapes on the mattress.
The results were pretty good and helped us the choose the right product for our needs.
I didn’t need to use the interest free purchasing option but the salesperson threw in a couple of freebies as a result.
Overall, a very welcoming and easy no pressure environment for browsing or purchasing.
I will be returning to make another purchase shortly for our son.

Good service but why the charges to re-cycle
Good service and great that it can be delivered on a day and time that suited me.
Only down side - not just from Dreams but all retailers now is that you have to pay to recycle the old. If they want people to recycle it should be free.

An all round brilliant experience
Very friendly and helpful in store. Received phone call from delivery driver before 10am on day of delivery to confirm time slot. Arrived on time.

Excellent salesperson, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Large selection to chose from. Delivery was on time and was informed by delivery people beforehand as to estimated time. Very helpful men, old bed taken away efficiently and new bed assembled in no time at all. Am really pleased with my purchase, it’s amazing 🤩

Great service
The experience of actually choosing our mattress was very detailed with a sleeping assessment on one attached to a machine. Then I was encouraged to try all the recommended ones and chose the most comfortable.
Since delivery, we've had follow up questionnaires and we've found the mattress very good, some nights we've had much better sleep.
