Excellent Service
The lady in store was very helpful. We got a good deal and the mattress is perfect. Communication was great with plenty of notice for delivery. Delivery guys were amazing. Took my old mattress away and had the new one in within 5 minutes. Excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Visited the store several times over the last week. no pushy salespeople. Emma in particular was very helpful and would definitely recommend the store and will be using Dreams again in the future.

Offered test in store, which, although an unusual experience, was thoroughly enjoyable.
Offered test on the machine in store, which told me which mattresses might be suitable - one of those is the one I chose. Staff experienced, helpful and friendly. Delivery arranged and happened successfully when it should. It was very efficient. Mattress has been exactly as I had hoped.

The team from start to finish were amazing! All were really knowledgeable in what we wanted and what they were selling. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Went into dreams today with my mam she had ordered a mattress and had it delivered September had issues with it not the mattress itself but just wasn’t right for her needs.. the lady who served us was so helpful and considerate of my mams needs helped us pick a different mattress suitable to her needs and got everything sorted with no bother.. she is a great asset to dreams and would like to thank her she went above and beyond

Super straightforward
We had an incredible experience when visiting Dreams. We were allowed time to look round ourselves, then offered help from Paul. He was patient with us at all times and never pressurised us into making a decision. In fact, we didn’t buy on our first visit and when we returned another colleague Lauren remembered us from our first visit and said she would get Paul for us. They both made us feel so welcome and were attentive throughout. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend them.
