Truly outstanding customer service
Customer service is crucial for a successful company. Dreamlease customer service is the standard all companies should aspire to. It is truly outstanding. I have leased EV's for 5 years , always with the well known providers. I had never heard of Dreamlease. From my first conversation with Charne I was immediately impressed. Charne put my mind at rest and handled my lease request extremely effficiently. I was passed to Debbie in admin who handled all the paperwork. Incredibly, in less than a week my new lease was confirmed along with delivery date and registration for my new VW 1D5. I'm sure the rest of the Dreamlease team are great but Charne and Debbie deserve special mention

I recently leased a car through DreamLease, working directly with Tom Glen, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and secured a great deal that suited both my needs and budget. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he was always available to answer my questions.
The process was smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free — which made a big difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DreamLease and Tom to anyone looking to lease a car.

Unfortunately my Dreamlease car arrived with some scratches and bird poo etching all over the paintwork and despite raising the damage with the delivery driver and Dreamlease themselves on the day, it took some time for the issues to be acknowledged. In fairness to Dreamlease, following up my complaint, they have pushed for a resolution and Sue has been in regular contact with me.

Dealt with Jakub who was fantastic not only during the initial stages of securing a lease with them but months before where I made a number of enquiries on different deals, none of which I when ahead with. He was professional at every interaction. Their processes are slick, easy to navigate and have received excellent communications. Highly recommended.

Firstly, we’re pleased to hear about your positive experience with Jakub and our team during the ordering process.
However, we’re genuinely sorry that the delivery of your vehicle has not met the standard you expected or that we aim to provide. We completely understand how frustrating this situation is, especially after raising the issue so promptly.
We want to reassure you that you have not been forgotten. As mentioned in our previous correspondence, we are actively liaising with the supplying dealer regarding the condition of the vehicle upon delivery, as they are responsible for the vehicle preparation and handover. We have also escalated this matter directly to the Managing Director of the dealership to ensure it receives the attention it deserves. That said, we fully appreciate that this is your experience with DreamLease, and we remain committed to supporting you and pushing for a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologise if our communication has felt lacking at any point, this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Please be assured we will continue do everything within our power to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Straight forward process
