Excellent experience - Vanessa planned our honeymoon for us and we loved it! It was so nice to just say "yes, no, yes, no" too the activities and then go!

DUE arranged the logistics for a two-week trip to Australia. It worked out beautifully, from pick up at the airport upon arrival in Sydney to gorgeous accommodations on Hamilton Island and excursions in Melbourne. I would most definitely recommend DUE for your trip!

Downunder Endevours put together an awesome trip for us. They tailor prepared a trip to Australia and New Zealand suiting our interests. They also came in under budget. The accommodations were first class and all were in great locations and had beautiful views. The excursions were beyond our expectations and imagination. There was no way we could have put together this trip on our own.

Working with Down Under Endeavours has been nothing but a pleasurable experience for my wife and I. We literally traveled from the other side of the world, originating in Newfoundland Canada, to travel to Australia for our honeymoon. We had the pleasure of working with Audra Hazners, and she was absolutely excellent. Everything was arranged for us perfectly, from our point of departure to returning home, and everything ran exceptionally smooth.
Initially, we had no idea what we wanted to do in Australia, aside from the tennis, but Audra worked with us, developing ideas to ensure this was a once and a lifetime experience. We stayed 3 nights in Hamilton Island, and it was an amazing opportunity to unwind and relax, before traveling to Melbourne for the tennis. All domestic travel was arranged for us and went without a hitch.
Audra was very easy to contact, either via email or phone, and the PDF's she provided were very clean and concise. I would definitely recommend Audra, and Down Under Endeavours to anybody travel to Australia or abroad.

We worked with Candice for over a year. She listened to what we wanted on our Australian/New Zealand trip and put together the most amazing experience.
Every tour and tour guide was just what we had hoped for. Special requests were met without problems and we had an experience of a lifetime.

Last year, when in the beginning stages of planning a destination wedding in the Cook Islands, I was steered towards someone who could potentially help me receive a bulk rate on airfare for our group of 50. I was shocked to learn that it was here in my own city of Chicago - just a few miles from where I live - Corrine at Down Under Endeavours!

Although I wasn't expecting any miracles, nor a hand-crafted tour of the Cooks, I reached out to Corrine, the owner. She was wonderful, helpful, insightful & said she get back to us with a few days.

Nonetheless, she did so, & was able to assist our large group. Both her & her gracious teammate, Ayse Ucarkus, were -constantly- communicating with us, following up with questions in a timely fashion (something I can't stand is when I'm always reaching out & never hearing back in a timely manner) in a professional, yet laid-back & fun. They did so by phone, sometimes text, or emails. I want to stress that they were both consistently swift in their replies to us.

They were consistently great, articulate, explained any small issues that arose thoroughly - & always provided immediate solutions, when needed. To be honest, at times we may have been a bit high-maintenance for them when we encountered a few small speedbumps - especially considering they weren't providing a complete itinerary for our group because it wasn't necessary. The takeaway is, they truly took care of us from beginning to end.
Period.
There's never an issue that's too small or too large for them to tackle &, to provide a resolution.

if you are ever at all considering a trip to the Cook Islands, Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand, South Africa or Australia (Corrine & a few of her staff are initially from Oz), I highly recommend Down Under Endeavours in a heartbeat. Their level of customer service & knowledge of the aforementioned places in the Southern Hemisphere is beyond extraordinary...

Simply awesome travel planning! Candice was fantastic in asking questions, taking feedback and planning an a trip that totally exceeded our expectations. Laura at D.U.E. did a FANTASTIC job in setting up our 3 week trip to Australia and New Zealand. Since this was our first visit there, we needed someone with excellent knowledge of both destinations. We had very specific activities in mind---all of which had to be centered around attending the Australian Open Tennis Tournament in Melbourne. Laura secured front row seats for us, as well as a behind the courts semi-private tour, and fantastic dining experiences there. We also had an amazing semi-private Progressive Degustation Walk, where our guide took us to restaurants where the Melbourne locals dine. Along with scheduled activities, we had the perfect amount of time to explore Melbourne and Sydney on our own. Our hotels were located to allow walking and biking through the city parks of Melbourne and Sydney. We witnessed the backstage operations at the Sydney Opera House, as well as enjoying an opera that evening. Climbing the Sydney Bridge at sunset is not to be missed. We had so many fantastic adventures in both Australia and New Zealand, that time and space prevent me from listing them all. Hamilton Island Beach Club was romantic, relaxing and beautiful. Our snorkeling trip via catamaran to the Great Barrier Reef was beautiful and great fun. Laura managed to set up a private tour of the Wildlife Habitat on Hamilton Island, and we had the opportunity to interact with the koalas. In NZ we had an amazing helicopter trip to the top of Isabel Glacier, paddled a "funyak" down the Dart River, enjoyed a private visit with a lovely Maori woman,and toured wineries. The only negative I can say is that we did not stay long enough! My husband and I have raved about this trip so much that several of our friends have added Australia and New Zealand to their own "bucket lists". When it is time to return to the beauty of New Zealand, and the wonders of Australia, I will without a doubt call on D.U.E. and Laura again.

They did a great job on the accommodations and vendors. All first class. We spent a little too much time traveling from place to place, but overall, a great time.

We had a great trip. They provided us info we never worried have known, saved us tons of planning/confused internet time for a completely reasonable price. 100% worth it if your planning an AUS trip.

Down Under made it extremely easy for my wife and I to plan our honeymoon. With expertise of the foreign countries we wanted to visit, they provided excellent recommendations and suggestions. Best of all, it was stress-free to finalize our itinerary and we had no hiccups ever while we were travelling.

The honeymoon trip that DUE planned to New Zealand and Bora Bora was amazing. DUE's experience and recommendations in New Zealand helped to plan a once in a lifetime trip. We had just the right amount of time in each city and the flights and activities were perfectly planned. The activities were spaced out such that we were able to explore the cities on our own. All of the activities that the DUE team recommended were unforgettable. Even the ones that we were a little hesitant about at first, turned out to be some of our favorite and most memorable. Once we arrived on our trip, the DUE team helped us rebook and rearrange activities cancelled due to weather. We definitely appreciated their help replanning so that we didn't have to spend our precious vacation time stressing about rebooking. I don't think that we could have planned such an amazing trip without DUE!

Shannon & DUE Gave Us A ROCKSTAR HONEYMOON!

If you do not want to read my novel of a review below here is basically all you need to know. For our honeymoon, we went snorkeling and scuba diving on the reefs of Fiji, went ice glacier hiking on the mountains of New Zealand, went Bungie jumping, went on wine tours and explored every inch of New Zealand. We took international planes, private puddle jumping planes, helicopters, boats, trains and had a rental car.The amount of planning that went into the logistics alone was worth it. Every detail of our honeymoon was precisely planned to perfection. End of story: if you want a honeymoon or vacation (holiday) that your family and friends will talk about forever, do yourself a favor and book with DUE!

Where do I start ... First I will say if you are reading this review you are probably doing your due diligence and being cautious before jumping into something like myself. I must say at first I hesitated because it's 2018 and why do you need a travel planner when you can look everything up on Google and plan your own trip right? Well, I could not be any more wrong. Below I listed some of the benefits of Deep Under Endeavours.

1. Shannon: She is out of this world amazing. If everyone who works at DUE is as precise and wonderful as Shannon you are in for a treat. My wife and I planned this trip over a year in advance. We must have asked Shannon an exhausting amount of questions via email, phone and video conference calls. Shannon was beyond helpful and always there to help when we had questions or concerns.

2. Expertise: Can you plan a honeymoon or big trip across the world by yourself; absolutely. . . Will it be as organized and precisely planned like DUE will offer; absolutely NOT! From the moment you start your adventure literally everything is taken care of. We actually booked our own flights and there were times that Shannon said, this is a tight connection; this airport security is great; it says it will take you this long but it actually takes this long; stop and check out this stop; don't forget to bring this; do you have dinner reservations for this night and so on.

3. Logistics/Planning: On our honeymoon, we took multiple planes, private boats, helicopters, private planes, trains and had a rental car. Everything was planned out perfectly. (i.e - When you get to this location, turn right and go through the sliding glass doors, there you will be picked up by xxx and will bring you to xxx where you will receive your voucher to get on your boat. You are already checked in but call this number to confirm, give yourself xxx amount of time before confirming. You will have xxx amount of time before your boat departs so check out this location that is within walking distance when waiting and etc.).

4. Price: I'm not going to lie. My master plan, in the beginning, was to pay the initial deposit, receive the travel itinerary and then plan everything myself. You cannot beat DUE prices, trust me, I tried. You pay for top-notch service as well as discounts on everything that is planned.

5. Do it: Seriously, you are still reading this? Just do it! My wife and I have the travel bug and cannot wait for our next adventure with DUE. Trust me, DUE will plan a trip is once in a lifetime (...or if you book multiple trips with DUE, a couple times in a lifetime :)
