I had an amazing experience planning my honeymoon to Fiji with Down Under Endeavors! Katie Marta planned the best honeymoon we could have asked for. She gave us plenty of different itineraries to start out with and then we tweaked things from there. She was very responsive and kept in touch along the way up until a couple days before we left. I was put at ease knowing all the transfers between islands were taken care of and I could contact her or their office in Fiji if I had any problems while we were there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to the South Pacific!

Shannon and the whole staff were very helpful in organizing, suggesting and incorporating our interests and timing for this awesome Australia/New Zealand trip. All our tours, guides and connections were excellent. Well worth the extra money for an eventful filled trip without delays with semi-private to small groups. They were always available no matter where we were.

Our honeymoon included Fiji and Japan and a luxury travel designer name Audra was so amazing from the beginning to the end and even after the trip. There were so many flights and hotels involved and she nailed every step with no hiccups. It was such a blessing and privileged to have her as not only our great travel designer but also guidance and consultant every step of the way. Her extensive knowledge and experience about traveling combined with her passion and compassion to help her clients made our experience with her and Down Under Endeavours so much more special than any other travel agent we have ever dealt with. Even for this honeymoon, we contacted 4 different companies prior to go with Down Under Endeavours and we certainly made a right choice. Our honeymoon was way above and beyond our expectations Thanks to Audra's extraordinary work and perfectly matching what we wanted out of this trip to the actual honeymoon. Things could not have gone any smoother while working with Down Under Endeavours. Katie really listened to what we envisioned for our honeymoon and absolutely came through for us. Our New Zealand and Bora Bora itinerary had a lot of moving parts, but Katie nailed it. We had zero travel hiccups and had a blast on every excursion she recommended for us. While planning a wedding, it was nice to not have to worry about planning a honeymoon. All we had to do was pack our bags and go. We cannot rate DUE high enough! 10/10!

Everything was organized, ran promptly, if there was any issue as to weather or travel their team overseas was on top of it too. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more perfect trip. We worked with Katie @ Down Under Endeavours to book our trip to Auckland NZ and the Cook Islands in May 2019. Katie was wonderful and easy to work with and she was very patient with all of our questions and changes. The organization of itineraries, accommodations, and transfers were detailed and smooth and made for a stress free trip!

My husband and I took a two week long, “delayed honeymoon,” to New Zealand. Having never left the country we contacted these guys to aid us in the process... From answering our countless questions, to planning the absolutely PERFECT trip, Down Under Endeavors was there to guide us every step of the process. Down Under Endeavours nailed my honeymoon! Ellen was so helpful and kind and really listened to our wants for our trip. I can be a little difficult when it comes to vacations because I hate planning things and would rather have someone make decisions for me, but Ellen had no problem and was super patient with me the whole time! I had zero problems while in New Zealand and loved the fact that everything was planned for us, right down to taxis to and from hotels/airports. I would/ can't wait to to plan a next vacation with them!

Laura was my agent and I cannot thank her enough. She listened to our intrests and hand picked the most perfect 8 days in New zealand that anyone can ask for. In the beginning She kept me updated the entire time on what was booked and what the next steps were. Being our first international experience Laura was always available for any and all questions and responded super fast! However the true test came when our first flight was canceld and there was a possibility of missing our connections and our trip all together! I called after hours in hysterics and reached voice mails however in minutes Laura responded on her personal line and not only calmed me down but held my hand through the entire mess and got us on another flight just in time!! We recently returned from a month trip to Australia and New Zealand and are so thankful to Ellen Hoffman from Down Under Adventures! This trip felt very big and unmanageable on our own in terms of planning so we questioned a few companies about how to go about planning. From the get go, Ellen asked great clarifying questions and by email and phone got to know what we wanted and needed. The process of planning all along was enjoyable. But the beauty of her expertise came thru in that each city, each activity, each tip she had arranged or told us really was spot on for us!! Working with Katie & Down Under Endeavours made the entire process so much less stressful. Having their personal input and experience was invaluable to selecting the cities we visited, excursions we booked, restaurants we ate at, etc. When researching on our own, a lot of the most popular activities that came up were very touristy, or large group excursions, which we are not typically into. I appreciated the honest opinion of everyone that helped us at DUE, to ensure we got a truly authentic and local experience of Australia and New Zealand! All of the activities were booked with top notch hotels and companies!

I read the reviews and they were phenomenal. I had reached out to the agency and received responses from Katie Marta. She asked all of the right questions and planned a trip that I could never have planned for myself. She was always available via email and gave prompt responses. I was able to visit three different cities while in Australia and the activities that were planned in each city were perfect for what I was looking for. The directions Katie had given in the itinerary were flawless and I always knew exactly where I was going, even in another part of the world. This holiday was absolutely incredible! I found DUE through an internet search and was very hesitant to commit to such a big trip with no ability to meet face to face and only internet reviews. I can assure you my fears were mistaken and my wife and I are SO thankful we used DUE (and Laura specifically) to plan our NZ/Cook Islands trip. There are no words to describe the beauty of both places and how wonderful the people are. The food and wine were spectacular and the accommodations were on another level. We have traveled extensively and the places Laura recommended were some of the best we've ever seen. Such attention to detail and amazing hospitality. Laura was very patient with me and my MANY questions and request for details. Prompt with email responses and phone calls whenever needed. She even re-routed our trip last minute because of a washed out bridge and everything was perfect. For this reason I knew I couldn't plan a NZ trip and I'm glad I didn't - using DUE was the best decision I made. We had so much fun hiking and bungee jumping and driving the countryside making memories. Book this trip with DUE, ask for Laura, don't think twice about it, and remember it forever! We certainly will be traveling to NZ again and the surrounding area and I can assure you we will be using DUE. Thanks again Laura for a trip of a lifetime!!

My wife and I planned our New Zealand honeymoon through Down Under Endeavours. They did an amazing job throughout.

We worked with Audra Hazners to plan the trip, and she was incredible. She helped us pick locations based on the things that we wanted to do and gave us excellent advice on places to check out. She walked us through the entire itinerary until we were completely satisfied with what we'd be doing. She was always available when we had questions and helped us set up our flights and insurance within New Zealand, which was a massive plus. This was the best trip either of us had ever taken, and Audra was a huge reason why.

The best part about working with Down Under Endeavours was how they took care of us. During our trip, torrential rain stranded us in Franz Josef for a couple of days. Working with Monique Jenkins, we planned around this and received refunds on all the events we had to cancel. She even helped us reschedule our flights and keep everything on track.

I would without hesitation work with Down Under Endeavours again. Our honeymoon was unforgettable, and we wouldn't have had that experience without Audra and Monique.
