Douglas Allen Anmeldelser

Kim, who is the Agent we are dealing with from Douglas Allen is a delightful, kind, honest and informative representative for her company. She listens and is not pushy as some Estate Agents are, which is completely off putting. She is trying hard to accommodate my needs in a search for the right property and I have faith in her succeeding in doing so.

First experience with Douglas Allen, all went well. The star of the show was Natasha Senior Sales Progressor. Unfortunately my solicitors were poor so without her push and been on the ball I would still be waiting! So thanks a million.
She has a very Friendly and professional manner.

The stressful process of buying a home for the first time was made infinitely smoother thanks to Rumel Miah, who was a consistent and reliable point of contact. Rumel was extremely attentive and provided invaluable advice and insight to the buying process. Faisal Hussain helped with securing a mortgage, and I am very grateful for his knowledge and efficiency. Andy Dumas was also very helpful towards the end when I needed help chasing up solicitors. Fantastic team!

One of the greatest customer service that I have ever received! I am looking for properties in Essex and thankfully my path has crossed with Epping Branch. I can't be any more grateful with the excellent support that Ian White and Owen Masarella have given to me. They are truly experts on their topics and they simply want the best of their customers. Definitely it should be your go to agency!

Great team at the Epping Branch! Always happy to help, especially Ian who was my main contact. Ian went above and beyond and made my journey easy and stress free!

Thank you to all the team at Douglas Allen.

Had a bad experience with another estate agency so thought I would try these not sold the house yet but early days the help from William Johnson at the Basildon branch has been very helpful and nothing is to much for them so hopefully won't be long before it is sold

Thank you Joanna & Jodie @ the Basildon branch , received excellent service from start till finish , Handover was smooth and communication was spot on , Highly recommended . TY

Joanne at the South Woodford branch was welcoming and knowledgeable. She put us at ease straight away and was super-efficient and reliable, going above and beyond her role to help and reassure us along to the way to buying a property. I wholeheartedly recommend Douglas Allen to ease the path of property purchase.

Talia has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been great at communicating and is extremely committed. She worked hard to achieve the best results for all parties and ensured everything went smoothly.

I am really happy with the service that I received from Jodi and Joanna, throughout the process of finding tenants, preparing all the documents and etc., They both are brilliant; especially Jodi. They both responded as and when I needed them.

I take great pleasure in writing this comment for this Company. Lucy is a great asset for them and its a great pleasure dealing with her. She went that extra mile to secure a property for us. Very pleased with the Customer Service we received from her and looking forward to have more more interaction with her. Very commendable indeed. Thank you so much Lucy♥️

Phebi has been great since registering with Douglas Allen, really been a pleasure dealing with her and great communication & support. Sending across info on new properties and arranging viewings as well, fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Avoid Douglas Allen Basildon branch. They failed to check our buyers had the actual funds for the deposit. Smoke and mirrors as to how they let this happen. Branch manager Gregg not interested in how their procedures failed.

We signed up for listing our property with Maureen Grey at the East Ham branch as she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She had a wonderful nature, transparent and professional in ALL aspects of her conduct. The rates offered are great and we are really excited to be on the market for what we hope will be a success. Either way, we certainly recommend Maureen and can’t speak more highly of her! Thank you, Rishi & Brioni Lal
