Appalling - charge you for items you either never asked for or that they don’t send!
Appalling! Paid for three shirts via Klarna who have now paused the payments to investigate because this company have only sent two with an invoice for two, yet I’m looking at paying £91 for two shirts because they haven’t knocked the £34.99 off my bill for the item I didn’t get! I’ve bought from them many times in the past but even my previous order was wrong! I ordered four different coloured shirts and they sent two the same colour! I wasn’t asked if I wanted that or given an opportunity to get a refund so they took my money for an item I didn’t order! I wrote to their disgusting customer services by email just as I have this time, only to be met with no response - JUST AS I HAVE THIS TIME AGAIN! To say I’m extremely angry would be an understatement!

Speedy delivery--and you use Royal Mail, which is important to me in that if you're not in when Royal Mail try to deliver, it's relatively easy to arrange a redelivery, whereas other carriers sometimes leave you to collect your parcel from some distant centre.

Quality items and a fast delivery
Quality items and a fast delivery. Much better than department store or supermarket shirts. I bought some last year for work, and a year later they're still OK and withstood daily wear and tear without any issues. Bought some new ones just now and the discounts were really good too.
