Needed to replace an old boiler so got in contact with Dorset Plumbing.They came out and gave a good quote
so decided to use them.Scott came out on the set date and arrived on time,He was polite got on with the job in hand.By the end of the day we had our new boiler up and running.I was surprised how quick it was installed,and he cleaned up and disposed of the old boiler as well.He came back the next day to commision the boiler and made sure everything was running right.He done a first rate job and not a lot of damage done to existing paint work.Would highly recommend this company very satisfied customer.

They were superb. Water was leaking from my boiler. I was panicking and thinking we’d have no heating or hot water over Christmas. They came out the same day and, despite being really busy, they managed to move jobs around and get out to fix it the next day. They even managed to fit a broken toilet while they were at it. Guy who did the job was great- friendly and all done with no mess left behind. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Excellent service from Ben at Dorset Plumbing. Had a few issues with my combiboiler at the time of service which he dealt with very well. Would highly recommend his business. High quality plumbers who take pride in their work. Will certainly be using them again.

Had my old reliable boiler (35 years old) serviced by a very helpful engineer after years of being told to replace it by BG engineers on the basis thay it was less efficient than a new one and not all parts are available ! Great service: thanks to all at Dorset Plumbing :-)

I was in the market for a replacement boiler so contacted my gas supplier who quoted me an astronomical amount. I looked on Google and found a few local companies and asked them to provide me with a quote. After receiving 3 quotes I chose Dorset Plumbing, they wasn't just the cheapest I found the customer service much better and the engineer was so tidy and polite I'm glad to say I made the correct decision

My boiler was losing pressure and I called Dorset plumbing on a recommendation of a friend. They were so helpful on the phone asking me if I’d tried to re-pressure it. I wasn’t having much luck and they told me not to worry and they could be out later that afternoon but just couldn’t give me an exact time. Later that afternoon I received a phone call to say they could be with me within the hour and asked if that was ok. They came over found the problem and fixed it. Customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommended !!

They did a routine landlord gas safety check (£59.99) in Feb (coldest week of the year) – I and my normal engineer were shielding so had to trust them. They immediately said there was a gas leak “probably under the concrete floor”. Tenant couldn’t smell any gas. Cut off supply leaving tenants and two young children with no cooking or heating. They replaced the immersion element without reference to me (£108). They couldn’t replace the gas supply (£640) for 3 days – then cancelled last minute and rebooked following week (below zero temperatures!). Meanwhile immersion stopped working a few days after installation on a Sat. I had to pay emergency call out £108 over phone or they wouldn’t go to fix it – he flicked a trip on the immersion and was out in a few minutes. It failed again 2 days later but they refused to fix it as new gas pipe was being done the next day. Tenant (kitchen fitter) said I should check the quality of work- joints not good. Told DP I wanted to go and look – responded with ranting and shouting, threatened to rip out the new gas pipe that day if I didn’t pay then over the phone. Very abusive and bullying and stressful so I paid and decided to follow up after (bad move). Referred it to Gas Safe who inspected and they had to re-do all joints and add seals outside as they were below standard. I asked DP to fix immersion at the same time but they refused and subsequently refused to refund me threatening court action???! Job was rubbish quality – suspect there was no leak - but have sold the house so can’t take them to court. I SERIOUSLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Have used these guys for the last few years for boiler service, they are always informative of when they will arrive and who will arrive. They are very professional and leave no mess, very friendly polite and helpful. They have today responded and done a pipe leak for me all within very short notice.Thanks guys excellent service well done! Would definately recommend to anyone.
