I can’t fault the customer focus of the Doris CCTV team. They were extremely helpful, their technical expertise was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Rob for his outstanding support. This level of customer care is quite rare these days and is exactly why I will happily return in the future. 👍

Fast efficient service

Excellent service from the team put original order through and didn't have stock of the network switch that I wanted to use had a chat with the sales team and they found me a switch to complete the order and get the delivery to me to meet the deadline for the customer. Excellent service much appreciated 👍

The People at Doris are always friendly and helpful. They are able to answer any question you have with a straight forward explanation.

I came in to buy a new CCTV Camera because my current one was not working properly. I spoke to Farah, who was at their front desk. She was extremely polite, pleasant and very welcoming. I felt at ease and discussed my problem with her. My current camera is six years old. She took the time and trouble to find out what the replacement camera was and then asked her colleague to come and help me with a few technical questions. She is a credit to Doris CCTV.
