It all started with a dripping tap in the downstairs cloakroom. I couldn't find the plumber I wanted so I phoned this awful Paul Forse. Biggest mistake. He told me the tap was broken and would fit a new toilet, basin and also fit vinyl on the floor, (this looked like an old piece).
He left two holes in the wall. My next door neighbour had to put right all the shoddy work. Paul Forse was a very rude man and charged a lot of work for bad work.

This is one rip-off company. And I was stupid enough to let them install an electric shower for me, despite how overpriced they are. I say 'them' but really, it's just one person who seems to run this company as a franchise and that person goes by the name of Paul Forse. The initial installation wasn't too bad but he wanted a 50% deposit before installation which was a bit much in my opinion. Once installed, I wasn't happy with the water pressure of the shower and wanted to try a replacement to see if it was the same. Paul was reluctant to come and swap it over but when he did, it showed just how unhappy he was at having to change it because he done it in such a rush. He never checked it before leaving, left screws in the bath which were from the unsecured front cover of the shower unit and the LED display wasn't working due to not being secured in its holder. I was able to sort this out myself as calling him back would have resulted in a big argument. The shower came with a 5-year guarantee, but it's probably not worth the paper it's written on if this man is anything to go by as he's a bit of a rogue trader in my opinion. I've since spoken with Dolphin Bathrooms who are unconnected with Dolphin Showers and they told me they get a lot of calls about this man saying he's not returning their calls. What a surprise! The purpose of this review is for other people not to make the same mistake as me. Dolphin Showers have a poor reputation and I can't find a positive review about them anywhere. Obviously, having this one man basically running the company single-handedly doesn't help because any issues you might have all go through him. This in addition to their very expensive prices, which are probably set by the man himself. If you have any sense, I would recommend you steer well clear of this company and spend your money elsewhere and NOT with Dolphin Showers.
