Another day, still no sign of my order. Dolce & Gabbana keep telling me the same thing: that my jeans “will arrive soon,” that they are “doing their best,” and that they are “working closely with UPS.” Let’s be honest—this is all a big pile of nonsense. I am being lied to repeatedly by both Dolce & Gabbana and UPS.

The reality is simple: my package is nowhere to be seen, and neither company has the honesty or competence to resolve it. Instead, I get the same hollow lines over and over again, while my patience and money are wasted.

What makes this even more frustrating is that today I’m in the process of buying another pair of these jeans in blue, and deciding whether to add another blue and black pair or two more black pairs—a total of nearly £2,400 in planned purchases. Yet this first experience buying direct has been a completely rotten customer experience.

Dolce & Gabbana clearly have no respect for their customers. For a so-called luxury brand, this is disgraceful.

J'ai commandé une cafetière rouge DG X Bialetti, qui s'est usé au bout de trois utilisations. Le rouge corail a viré au orange cramé. J'ai contacté le service client pour avoir un retour et les tenir informer de la qualité de leurs produits. J'ai du attendre deux mois avant d'avoir une réponse, pour une marque de luxe, je pensais que la satisfaction client était primordiale. Leurs réponses étaient que soit j'avais utilisé une mauvaise plaque de cuisson (hors ma plaque étant en vitro céramique, elle convient aux descriptions faite sur leurs sites internet), soit j'avais chauffé trop fort la cafetière. Je ne veux pas faire preuve de mauvaise foie, cela fait cinq ans que nous utilisions, avant cette cafetière, une cafetière italienne Bialetti classique en métal gris et que sur cette cafetiére les traces d'usures normal d'un feu de plaque se voient moins que sur notre nouvelle cafetière DG. J'en conclut que le problème vient de la fabrication DG et qu'à la place de faire du café chaud cette cafetière n'est utile que pour verser de l'eau froide. Merci DG pour leurs prix exorbitant et leurs qualité pourrie !

I have visited in boutique of Dolce & Gabbana in Cannes in this summer 30 of august , evening around closend time of boutique , 18H 40-45.....
I just needed dress....but the seller , she was young woman, was so impolite, without any professional skills....after several question i imeediatly realised that she is very disredpetfull towards her job ,disrespectfull towards the clinte of Dolce & Gabbana...with her tone, her attitude of cliente....so i dont continue any more ....i just left boutique immediatly....
it's very embarass , very shame that i am writing it about the boutique of Dolce&Gabbana of the main french city of cinema ....

one of the best boutique in france is exactly Dolce & Gabbana avenue Montaigne, in Paris ....there is always amazing atmosphere,high professional group...please, imitates them...imitates your colleages!
it was my first visit in this boutique and last one! fortunately i have discovered so nice high skilled professional boutique of Roberto Cavalli, YSL, Chanel, DSQUARED 2.....
They really made my summer days inFrench Riviera!

Désolé je ne met qu’une étoile mais c’est juste à titre de aucune expérience avec dolce. J’ai lu les commentaires. Je pensais faire une commande chez Dolce Gabbana mais vu que la marque travaille avec le livreur Fedex désolé je ne procéderai à aucune commande. Je vous met tous en garde les gens. La société Fedex es pas serieuse. J’en parle en caunaissance de cause. Sur un autre site j’avais commandé un sac Louis Vuitton que j’ai failli ne jamais recevoir..je vous invite à aller consulter les avis sur FedEx. Quand on dit de ne pas toujours se fier au avis et bien si il vaut mieux justement se fier au avis. Depuis je regarde toujours avant de procéder à une commande avec quelle société de livraison une marque collabore. Si c’est avec FedEx un conseil passé votre chemin et ne commander pas…bon j’ai indiqué la date d’aujourd’hui a titre d’éxpérience car obligé d’apposer une date donc je l’ai coché la aussi à défaut car je n’ai eu aucune éxperience avec cette marque

Hice un pedido en la tienda online de Dolce & Gabbana y me enviaron unos zapatos con un agujero y un bañador sin la parte superior. Una vergüenza total para una marca de lujo. Tiempo, dinero y paciencia perdidos. Jamás volveré a comprar aquí y no lo recomiendo a nadie.

I had a horrible experience with a brand that I absolutely loved while ordering online. I ordered wine, and I had to wait months before we actually got it, and it wasn’t even on backorder. Customer service was absolutely horrific. Every time I would inquire about something, call or email, either never had information or were unhelpful. Those that said that they would personally check on stuff either took weeks to answer or never followed up.
I’m someone who is kind, polite and patient, and I don’t know what was going on with these people.
Also, I purchased the fig skin protector which was rock hard when I received it, it was supposed to be powder, and they refused to refund it or provide me with a new one; after several phone calls with customer service, they asked me for a photo which I sent, not sure how you could see powder or hard powder in a photo, but they denied me and said that they couldn’t do anything, which was ridiculous as I had spent a lot of money on other things. I ended up having to pay for an expensive powder I tried to “break up,” got messy, and had to throw away. The wine didn’t really live up to its Hype. The packaging was beautiful but it got to me like three months later. Again customer service was the worst I've experienced in recent years, of such a high-end brand? Very disappointed. The reason I put two stars was because their mascara arrived, and that was a good quality and lasted a long time and that was literally the only thing that worked out. Again the customer service seems like was not in the United States, and the way that it was managed, the way that they were responding, their tone, rudeness, lack of follow up and lack of trust and customer service was extremely disappointing, and not just with one or two individuals, with an entire department, every single time I called in or emailed.I literally stopped ordering because of this, and chose other brands instead.

I loved using the Dolce & Gabbana website. It is easy to navigate through their website and purchasing the products are easy to purchase. The products arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was easy to reach and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They were polite, efficient and professional. I will definitely be using their website again.

Everything looked and felt luxurious… the eyepatches looked chic and felt hydrating I will definitely use again it took away some puffiness. The lip scrub left my lips super soft and it smelled so good 😊

The representative in Las Vegas was amazing! Tomo found the purse that my wife wanted and had it shipped to our home in Florida. My wife originally saw the purse in Paris in the spring but didn’t get it then… when we returned home she was told that there were none left in the US and she wouldn’t be able to get it. I told Tomo that I needed it by her birthday and he got it to me with 2 weeks to spare! Great customer service!
