I requested to cancel my order before it was dispatched and received an email confirming the cancellation and a full refund. Despite this, the order was shipped. The company later admitted the cancellation was not processed by the warehouse and promised a prepaid return label. After I confirmed receipt of the parcel and requested the return label, I received no resolution. I am still waiting for the promised return instructions and refund. This has been a very frustrating experience.

The company will not call you back. I had a custom order but wanted to change the color within 1 hour of placing the order. They repeatedly to not address finding a solution and every email reply by them is with another excuse. I have requested a phone call and have left them over 5 voices messages. I will be requesting a refund from my CC company in full. This is a scam!

THEY ARE SCAM! The product quality is as not as expected. When I asked them for refund, they charged around $10 for return shipment. It has been months and I haven’t received my refund yet.

Four days after my order I was told the item was sold out & was provided a list of styles I could choose instead. I provided my alternate which was also sold out. I provided my third choice and have not heard back since then. I’ve emailed 4 times without reply. I’m on day 11 since my order and it’s complete silence. At this juncture I believe this is a scam site.

We ordered item for the crib , right after the order we found address was wrong. We called the their phone number, but no answer, we left voicemail. And immediately we sent them an email with request to update delivery address.
They replied couple days later via email that they will try to update the address, but item was delivered in 14 days to wrong address. They are not professional and very bad in communication

It said 5 business day for delivered, it’s been 10 business days and not even an expectation to receive it

Scammers. Dont receive anything
