used this product not for dogs but for a door for our bantam hens enclosure it is made very well and takes all the hassle out of trying to put a door on great product ordering was very easy and delivery was very prompt thinking of buying another one when we redo the chicken coop

I purchased the galvanised Dog run sections that came with a lifetime guarantee.
I have tried to claim on the guarantee as I have only had them for a year and they are all rusting already. I’ve spoke to several people in the office, They never get back to you. I have emailed them sent letters of complaint and they never acknowledge it they just keep denying that I have even bought them he even tried to tell me they have changed ownership so will not be honouring the lifetime guarantee however it’s a apparent that most of the staff who used to run it are still running it. Again as they keep telling me they haven’t proof I purchased them from the company. I have forwarded all my receipts to them and all proof of purchase the cost was nearly £2500 to purchase them initially I am out of pocket and I’ve now had to purchase more from a different supplier as some are unusable and unsafe for my dogs due to the structural integrity . Please be mindful they will not honour the lifetime guarantee and you also may be out of pocket. I do not recommend Dog health and will not purchasing from them again.

I ordered vet bed on 30/12/25 I’ve still not received it. I phoned the customer service department on 2 separate occasions. I’ve also emailed them to complain. Today when I phoned up again they said they don’t have the goods in stock and would have to wait an other week or get my money back. I requested my money back and will never use this company again.

I ordered a dog car crate, which i am very happy with and the delivery was very fast.
But when I ordered the crate, the site offered me a bedding pack as well, which I ordered, but when it came it was the wrong size, because that was what i ordered. If you are going to offer extras, please ensure they suit the item already picked.

I havnt even been told when i will receive these goods that I am depending on let alone received them.
I’ve tried to call to chase up if and when I’ll receive but no one answers the phone.
I’ll have to cancel my order if there’s no intention of me receiving them asap.

Delivery took 14 days then they delivered the wrong size panels
Called said would call back the following day to sort out they never did
Rang left message no reply sent email no reply
Rang again today ( four days later) and the correct panels won’t be here for another seven days ( 10 days after the wrong panels were delivered) so a total of 24 days that’s if they arrive when they say this time. They could have posted to me but only want to use their own delivery service despite their mistake and they know we really need them
Made many orders with this company over the years had builders waiting won’t be using again.

I ordered a travel crate for my dog in December 2025 because I needed it to fly. As of January 2026, I have received absolutely nothing.

From start to finish this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I was told the parcel was damaged, then promised replacements, then given excuses — but never a tracking number, never proof of dispatch, and never a reliable update.

Because this essential item never arrived, I have now missed TWO flights, causing serious financial loss, stress, and disruption. The company shows zero accountability for this.

Customer service is practically non-existent. You are forced to chase them, only to receive vague replies, broken promises, and delays. Despite everything, they refuse to offer a prompt refund or any compensation.

This company operates under Central Pet Supplies LTD, but based on my experience there is no professionalism, no urgency, and no care for customers at all.

Avoid purchasing from them, especially if your order is time-sensitive or crucial. I strongly regret trusting this company.

Ordered between Xmas and new year. No where on the website (that I could see) was it highlighted that they were closed over that period. On payment was advised of a delivery date of the 2/1/26. When I called on the 5/1/26 to enquire about my orders whereabouts, all I was told was that it maybe dispatched this week!! No more than that!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with......... Ever!!!! Genuinely.
They are corrupt and dishonest from the top down. I genuinely do not have room or space here to tell all of my shocking story, with all the emails, recorded phone calls and cctv footage, and, as they are liars, they will reply here and try to sound like a normal company, but!!!! I have £1100 worth of kennel panels that are worthless to me because a so called manager lied and lied and lied over a 6 week period, he was caught out in those lies and documented, the in house delivery drivers lied, the in house returns driver lied and then to cap it all off the managing director lied as well, my best guess is that he told them all to lie. I got to the stage where I would rather lose the money than excange one more word with them. The dishonesty to date has cost me £3100 + the kennel panels I have here because of delays and changes needed to our building project simply because one man within this company is incapable of telling the truth!!
Anyway I am going to list them on ebay with the full story in the description to expose them for the diabolical company they are. Watch out for my ebay sale as I promise that when they go up it will absolutely go viral as the full documented story is beyond comprehension!!!! I am a normal guy who runs his own company and I am just flabergasted that this company continues to trade with these people in their employ.

Never received my order from this company. Chased the order which they replied to saying waiting for stock but after a second chase, the comms have gone silent. Disappointed as the reviews were good at time of placing order.

Shocking returns policy. Returned a crate and have been chasing for a refund for two weeks. I doubt I’ll get my money back.

Very helpful chat, very quick service and a very good product

After looking at lot of different companies for cold pressed dog food I was more impressed with dog health, with more natural ingredients and ingredients that I could pronounce.
My puppy is on mainly raw and will stay on mainly raw however when out and about this will be a good mix and weigh less when camping, he will stay on 75% mix so this possibly.
The reviews on dog health, only seem to be bad about their delivery however, I ordered two sacks of dog food that came the next day very impressed.
I also phoned up before ordering and was found back with all my questions answered, within 20mins.
Thank you so much, he loves it too.

The ramp arrived very quickly and is just what we were looking for. My Labrador finds it very easy to use both getting into the boot of the car snd out again.

Visited this company on Monday 16th June after conversing via their chat line ,saw James. Was informed delivery normally around 10 days which was fine as i was in no rush. Today Thurs 19th June the delivery of 6 panels arrived, Luckily i had prepared the area in readiness but what Fantastic Service, Highly Recommended
