Useless
Useless, my bike went in for a recall but came out completely fu#ked
Broke down on the way home, got recovered- back in the workshop realised there were bolts missing, lights been removed and put back the wrong way round, and cables cut.
Would never go back or recommend.
Further more the bike (running fine) went in for a recall but they charged me 2 hours for labour to undo the crash bar and apply WD 40.
So mad- totally fuming
May as well of let my blind nan do the job.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, however it’s important to clarify the circumstances around this visit.
This was the first time we had seen your motorcycle, and it had not previously been maintained by us. On arrival, the bike was in poor overall condition and showed signs of previous damage, including crash bars that had been bent from an apparent drop.
At the time of booking and when the job card was signed on arrival, no running concerns were reported. The work requested related to outstanding manufacturer recalls, including switchgear and wheelie control, and you also advised that the engine management light was illuminated.
Once the motorcycle was on the bench, our technician identified a running issue. The bike had only been ridden into the workshop at this stage, and this concern was clearly documented and communicated via the Electronic Vehicle Health Check video sent to you.
In order to proceed with the wheelie control recall, it was necessary to address the engine management light. You had previously authorised one hour of diagnostic time for this purpose. During this process, it was found that the exhaust valve mechanism (including servo and cables) was seized, and the presence of an aftermarket exhaust may have also been affecting the fuelling of the bike. These components were freed off and the system reset. Following this work, the bike was test ridden and showed improvement, although as your review suggests, there may be an underlying issue requiring further investigation.
To clarify the charges: one hour of diagnostic time included freeing the seized exhaust valve components, carrying out system checks, and fault clearing, along with additional testing. A further 30 minutes was required to remove and refit the upper crash bars so the recall work could be completed, we did not remove the lower bars. Due to their condition, a second member of staff was required to assist with alignment during refitting, and all fixings were reinstalled. The fog lights were re-fitted the same way they were originally fitted, as confirmed by the workshop video on the day.
We would also like to be clear that we did not interfere with any tracker unit or its wiring at any point.
As a courtesy, we also cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted the drive chain, which was found to be dry and in poor condition.
Finally, we are disappointed to read this review, as this is the first time we have been made aware of these concerns. We were not contacted following collection, nor was the motorcycle returned to us for inspection after the reported breakdown. We would always welcome the opportunity to inspect and resolve any issues directly.
