I went into this Honda dealership to buy my first motorbike.
I had already chosen the one I wanted from their website, so was a very easy transaction for us both.
When I noticed some corrosion on the engine block I asked if this could be addressed as the bike was only two years old with just over 800 miles on the clock.
When I arrived a few days later to collect the bike I could see they had taken time to clean the bike and repair the corrosion in a way that was very acceptable.
The bike works and rides very well and I'm very happy to have dealt with this dealership.

I did a trade in deal on a nearly new Honda NC750. The deal was done and agreed by email and phone, and I exchanged the bikes on a date that was convenient for me. Throughout the whole process I found everybody from Doble with whom I had contact to be friendly, professional and helpful. The whole process could not have been made easier or more enjoyable. So a big, big thanks to all at Doble.

I have been a customer for many years and always get great service wether it be from sales, service or clothing. My most recent visit was to sort an issue I had with a recently purchased motorcycle that developed a problem. The whole team did a great job of sorting out a replacement bike and getting it ready in super quick time for a pre booked European trip.

I chose Doble Motorcycles primarily because the service is reasonably priced, deivered quickly and they use a reliable courier. I have used another similar Honda parts supplier but their courier left my parcel on my door step 2 yards from a busy pavement so the delivery experience matters! Don't switch to a cheaper courier service. The buying experience was great, the product was not. A brand new genuine Honda Transalp centre stand with flaking paint and rust on the welds straight from the box! This one had 'made in Spain' on the box, must have been welded mainly in the rain. My brand new Transalp E-Clutch arrives next week so I have the time to treat the rust and repaint it. Not what I expect from Honda.

Made contact by telephone due to being a long way from Doble, sales staff were very helpful and then placed the Honda accessory order online. This arrived very quickly and well packaged. Took about 15-20 minutes to fit the saddle bag and bracket to the bike. Excellent service and would strongly recommend Doble.

The order was dispatched quickly and arrived with me according to their timetable. Part of the order was delayed but they offered me a refund or i could wait and they would post it separately later which I agreed to and it arrived well before their estimated date!

I saw a bike advertised on-line, went to Dobles website and checked all the photos and description and paid a holding deposit without even seeing the machine! Never done that before. The decision was based on my previous knowledge of the reputation of Dobles Motorcycles, over many years.
I spoke with Paul Styles, we agreed a good p/ex allowance on my own bike and delivery was arranged.
The ‘new’ bike (to me, anyway) was given a pre-delivery service and MoT and delivered a week later.
Everything was like clockwork. I was kept updated and informed all the way through the process.
The bike arrived at the agreed time and I was pleasantly surprised to see it looked as good in real sight as it had in the photos.
And to top it off, Dobles had put a pair of brand new tyres on the bike for me, which I was very surprised about because the ones in the photos looked just fine.
No complaints anywhere. Very happy with the bike and outstanding service start to finish.
A trustworthy and reliable dealership who I have no hesitation in recommending.
