Whilst the food was good, the wait to order and to get got drinks took 25 minutes! A change in the system would make this a far quicker process, may be utilising online ordering or serving hot drinks... Se mere

Dirty & Confusing
1. The floor was disgusting and stained badly.
2. The staff were rude when telling a lady in the queue to move so that staff could access hot drinks to take to tables - WHO would put a drinks station in the middle of the queueing area !!!!
3. Where we had to get cutlery was right next to a table of 4 trying to have their afternoon tea !!!!!
4. Food quite nice but expensive.
5. If you want the softer chairs you have to queue but the sign to queue was hidden by those waiting !!!!
NOT returning !!

Everything I wanted was in stock
Everything I wanted was in stock. Although not crowded (lunch time), I had to wait quite a while at cash out owing to only one till being manned and there was a problem with the customer at the head of the queue.

Everything went well
Everything went well. I particularly liked the fact that the store manager was out there digging in and not keeping out of sight.
By the way, the car park is absolutely awful!

Wonderful staff…
As usual the staff are wonderful and the extra free drinks are very welcome. We also appreciate the range of outlets at the centre it makes it a nice outing and shopping experience.
