Great place to meet up with friends for a offer 2…3..4…or more

We enjoyed the special Afternoon Tea offer - the food was of really good quality and with refillable drinks it is an offer that is too good to refuse. Well done Dobbies.

Had a pleasant experience around the garden centre with a friend looking for plants for my garden.
Staff patient and friendly!

Used restaurant, very good as usual. Then bought plants. No problems. Very professional and informative staff.

Having had afternoon tea with Dobbies before and having a nice experience we bought this as a gift for my sister in law’s birthday but was very disappointed the only cutlery given was a knife and teaspoon for the rea. The sandwiches we poorly prepared parts of the fingers had crust still on , the aches had mousse in them but nothing to eat them with was provided. No staff were in the restaurant area checked we were happy or asked if we needed anything. I had to go in search of staff to get cutlery and ten again when we wanted drinks. The experience did not meet expectations at all.

The garden centre was far too hot and there were not enough tills open. I queued for a while to renew my Dobbies card only to be told that the staff member didn’t know how to do it and I was asked to queue again and see her colleague. Not great in such a hot store.

Called in around 3.45pm. Quiet time. All free children's dining finished. But very very limited choice on cakes etc.

We visited the food hall where we purchased some reduced food then I bought a reduced Radley handbag in the sale. We visit this Dobbies regularly. Staff on tills are always pleasant, we enjoy searching out the bargains and occasionally have a free hot drink. The points earned while shopping add up to a good sum on vouchers a couple of times a year. Prices are rather too high at full price in these difficult times but always a bargain or two to be had. It's always an enjoyable shopping experience, one which my husband doesn't complain about!!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Products are well displayed, and good quality. Lovely shopping experience.

This visit was only for latte and cappuccino which was very nice. Usually we potter around the plants etc looking for bargains or shopping in the Sainsbury area. Generally my friend and I enjoy our regular visits, browsing and buying.

Dear Dobbies we invited a friend for a snack lunch yesterday. Yes all was good; the Soup (carrot with other bits) really enjoyable. Great to learn that cold drinks now included with the Reward Card, didn't know that! Also Good News that you propose introducing table service which will save on queuing. I was impressed with the friendly checkout guy who manned both tills at once . Superb customer service. We all enjoyed our visit.

It is a nice ambient place. Staff always helpful. I do find myself visiting and on occassions seeing a good idea and getting it online due to the large difference in the cost from Dobbies to online retailers. This is not always the case such as plants etc but water features, wood based items, pots etc.

I didn't have a problem with the service at Dobbies. However the state of the toilets is not good! There has been a large hole in the wall to the right of the door as you go in for months! Likewise there is only one drier that is working - this too has been the case for about 6 months. Surely something could be done to rectify the situation and make it more pleasant and easier to use for your customers? The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A good range of products in store. Plants were of good quality.
