Unfortunately the young blonde girl with glasses on the till was not friendly or polite.
We asked her if she could get somebody to help us to load 6 heavy bags of compost/topsoil, but nobody came.
This was made up for by the young lad who, when I asked him if he could help us, was friendly, polite and very helpful.

Good quick service. Very polite and friendly.

Was OK but the operation of finding your table 1st isn't easy if you're on your own.

Found Dobbies most enjoyable. We visited the cafe, where I had a delicious toasted sandwich & latte. Very friendly staff.
I found some good plants in the sale selection, and the displays were most inspirational....
good selection of items in the food hall too.
Whist at Dobbies I also renewed my Club Plus Card!

We purchased a lemon tree, one of the Gardening Assistants was particularly helpful and gave us lots of very useful guidance on looking after the tree which was great.

My mother and I had a wonderful time at Dobbies in wootton ,the colleague who served us called Peter was extremely helpful and informative,he helped us to apply for a Dobbies card and we had a free coffee in the lovely restaurant 🌻🐝🌻🐝🌻🐝

I have visited this Dobbies, several times since it became Dobbies from Wyevale. My friend and I have complained several times about the disgusting, dirty, broken toilet seats and dryers of the ladies toilets. They smell and look filthy all the time

Since Dobbies took over and kicked Costa out, the restaurant has been a nightmare. Where I visited twice a week for months, I no longer go there. They have had no chefs, no food and some of the staff need to learn some manners and customer care skills! Totally understaffed too.

Some good shops have also been removed, which also brought customers in. Not impressed, still very expensive too.

I recently visited the store to buy some compost. The store is nicely laid out As there was only one till in operation I had to wait sometime to be served. It was assumed that I could serve myself with the product . It would have been good if the staff member had enquired as to whether I needed assistance in loading my purchase in to the car. There seemed to be a shortage of staff.

Coffee is often hit and miss, some times its hot, other times its almost cold.
Doesn't always taste icd.

Food wasn't that great, took ages to arrive, not enough staff. Had the chick pea veg thing, was so dry like corn hox. Bit disappointed to be honest, normally it's a lot better when Julie is there.

It’s my go to place for a coffee and some quite time but this time I took my son for Sunday lunch. The beef was tender and the vegetables freshly cooked plus plenty of gravy and it was hot.

I found a bistro set and asked if a member of staff could help me. Straight away a lovely lady came with a trolley, took it to the tills then out to the car as my husband had gone to collect the car and park it near the store entrance. She even put it into the boot. Brilliant service and such friendly staff.

Cafe has started to take drinks order at the till then bring it out to you eventually instead of making it there and then for you to take to your table as before. Took 20 mins for drink to arrive instead of using staff to take drinks to a table you should go back to having both tills open and doing drinks as they are paid for will be much quicker and use less staff!!

Always very helpful staff and good value bargains in Sainsbury's food area

Went to buy a garden hose, without success, but walked round the store and was delighted with the variety of franchises available. Will definitely be visiting more often in future. Best surprise - Hotel Chocolat.
