Good visit, nice coffee

Went to our local Gillingham Branch Very good although the wood chairs in cafe were filthy - a point I mentioned to the staff - who informed me the place was due for an upgrade

Great advice from the Gentleman in the Pet department in Gillingham.Thank you and we will be back soon to buy more dog food.

No staff available to help, no sign of offers. Shortage of advertised offers,

I love this Dobbies but on occasions I find that adequate pricing is a problem. Early in the year Multi buy items for onions and potatoes were not put together and it was not clear what is included meaning I spent more than i intended. I purchased some fat balls for birds which were placed on a shelf that gave a cheaper price. I disputed the price and got the items at the price on the shelf. This week I needed compost but again there was no price label. I needed it and paid the price at the till but it seems to be a regular issue and I feel more care should be taken to inform customers of the correct pricing information.

I always thought Dobbies was a bit overpriced but the experience and service from the staff make that little bit extra worth it. We love coming here monthly for a little shop and a coffee. One of my plants died in the extreme heat and they replaced it no questions asked. Superb service!! The quality of the plants is so much better than other local garden centres

Outstanding customer service by all staff members...! I was in the restaurant where I couldn't carry all of my items , a very helpful young lady grabbed me a tray & put my items on asked me what drinks I wanted where she went over to get them for me & she brought them over to my table ... A credit to the store ...! Lovely place to visit where we are always buying something be it for our home or the pets the staff on the exit checkouts are always polite & helpful which keeps us coming back ...! Relaxing atmosphere, staff available to help with gardening questions, great selection of healthy plants and great value for money. Shop is stocked with all your gardening needs and also has a great selection of gifts. Indoor cafe too 😀

I found the staff in the flower section most helpful & knowledgeable in answering my questions

Looking for bulbs and winter bedding and was spoilt for choice. Always an enjoyable experience browsing around Dobbies.

There could be more staff available in the plant area...maybe a helpdesk out there for any questions about the plants etc.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Usual excellent service and I also visited the butchers whilst I was there as well.

A lovely bite for lunch in the cafeteria and then a stroll around the plant section. Very well laid out and good value.
